I love Kohler products so I was shocked when I opened the box and it was cracked.

I’d give it five stars, but I really don’t know what it means to rate a toilet seat five stars. So I’ll give this four stars because it is a very hard firm seat and it clearly stays very planted on the bowl. I like it. This is the one I wanted

This is cheaply made. Went from metal screws to plastic. A lot of slop in the hole diameter. Washer so thin it deforms from the pressure. Nuts hit the toilet bowl so it can't use them. ended up using the old screws. Disappointing...

Convenient shape for self washing.

Toilet came with a plastic toilet seat, which had to be replaced. Heavy duty wood seat—so much better

Love theses toilet seats. Comfy and they close quietly. They fit great on my Awesome Toto toilets.

For $50 you'd think it would be better. It has plastic hinges and hardware. The paint on the wood is very thin, and scratches easily. There's already a scratch on the top, and since it's almost never been touched by anyone, I have no idea where that came from. I suspect it's from a fingernail. I'd be afraid of using anything other than soap and water to clean it, as I believe the paint would come off with anything stronger! Maybe you have to spend $100+ to get a quality toilet seat these days?

Terrible - stains easily. Don’t buy

I’m not sure what’s wrong with these, but I purchased five of them for my home about eight months ago. And I’m having to replace them all because they are disgustingly stained. We only have three people in our house and we are very clean people. Do not buy these. I’m going to go out and buy some plastic ones.
