Swanstone is PERFECT for rentals where renters may smear makeup or putnhot styling tools on the surface of the vanity top.

First, the underside is thinned out approximately an inch from the edge. In other words, only the edge is actually the thickness stated in the spec. This causes the adhesive to only contact the cabinet at a few spots, not the entire perimeter underneath. Second, the optional side splash is thicker than the back splash despite the item listed as being the same thickness

Searched so many places - and finally Wayfair had exactly what I wanted. Won't be installed for a while - but happy to have it ready for when the renovation gets underway.

It was packed very well and will be perfect in my updated bath. Am expecting the vanity in the next two weeks Ordered from Wayfair, of course.

This vanity top is a perfect match for the SWAN bisque shower stall which I also installed. You can see the shower stall reflected in the vanity mirror. The sink surface is a MATTE finish that looks great and cleans easily. My contractor, who is also a stone mason, cut the back splash off the vanity top as I wanted to use the matching wood back splash that came with my vanity. Note that my contractor had the CORRECT saw and blades as this product is very heavy and durable and would require the right tools to cut. I love it and would highly recommend it.

The sink is very lightweight and looks kind of cheap. The finish is matte which is unexpectedly odd.

Product is exactly as depicted. Fit and finish is good. Better than cultured marble for similar price. Would like the product more if it was a little thicker around the edges. Also different colors would be nice. Kudo's to Home Depot, ordered online, was told 14 days shipping, got it in 7.
