Quality finish, easy to assemble

Really love the Bixby bookcase. The walnut is matte finish doesn't feel like cheap fake wood laminate.

I bought one of these and two of the 21'' bookshelves in order to replace a couple of old shelves I no longer needed or wanted. They arrived really quickly and they look great! They're fairly sturdy as well! My only gripe is that the shelves above the bottom shelf and the cabinet only hold around 20 lbs so I had to be careful about how I displayed my collection of rather large and heavy books. But all in all this wasn't a huge downside. I'd say these were worth the price and that I'd definitely but these again.

I ordered two of these shelves as well as the larger version in order replace a couple of bookshelves I no longer needed/wanted. They look great, were fairly easy to put together and arrived promptly. They worked great for my large collection of books and helped me keep the books that I'd rather people didn't see out of direct view. One of the only things I don't like is that the shelves cannot handle more than 20lbs above the cabinet shelf and even then I did my best to be careful. One of the shelves also arrived with some superficial damage on the front side of them which is disappointing but not a deal breaker for me as I can always patch that up myself later. All in all they worked well for what I needed and I like how stylish they are. Worth the price just make sure you don't have a large collection of heavy books like I do.

Exactly as pictured. Better quality than I expected fir the price. Perfect for my space. About an hour to build it by myself. Only need to attach the doors which will take about 10 minutes.

It looks great, very sturdy, and it was fun to put together. The included hinges are good quality, easy to install, and easy to adjust the door alignment. I've stuffed the bottom shelf with books, and there's a little bit of a sag in the middle, so I'm probably over the recommended weight limit, but oh well -- I love the whole thing regardless.

Very modern. Easy to assemble, but wasnt able to get the doors to line up (tried multiple types).

Beautiful, but complicated to assemble and came a bit damaged.

This is not the fault of Modway but a wayfair issue. My package arrive beat up and falling apart then, upon opening it, I have discovered that the hardware needed to build the shelf is wrong, the assembly directions are missing, and 2 of the support boards are missing. Somehow I ended up with entire bags of hardware that do not belong to this item. I am now awaiting the arrival of replacement parts, I’ll update if/when those items arrive.Update: I have received some of the parts but not all of them and also had to place a second replacement parts order because they didn’t send the hinges for the cabinet doors. I’m still waiting on 2 missing support pieces that say they shipped 3 weeks ago. I am doubtful that they will arrive. I will not be shopping through wayfair after this experience. Less

I love this bookshelf. I like that the screws are hidden opposed to some of the cheaper versions. Then by updating the knobs, it now looks expensive

Love this bookshelf. The shelves are ample and perfect for displaying family photos. Added benefit is the drawers for storage which I can never have enough of. It looks perfect in our bedroom.

I love the idea of this. But the execution is not great. It seems a little off kilter. Like it's not square. Leans a little to one side. The instructions were ok, and I have no problems ever with building ** or ** furniture. THE BOX WAS DAMAGED, THE ITEM WAS DAMAGED. I needed to put this together asap bc I had company coming and was using that room. The dowels sit too far in on one end, meaning, they aren't long enough for the holes. There are gaps where they should be tight. I would never buy another piece from this company. If you try to tighten the cylinder bolts that wrap around the screws, they break the particle board. but they need to be tightened to seal the gaps. beautiful finish on the wood, very realistic looking.
