Problem with assembly rendered the "shock absorber" inoperable. Could not get satisfaction from either Lowes or the manufacturer (Flash Furniture).

Nice chair, overall

I’m 6’1” and very heavy. This chair is plenty big and even though I was worried about breaking the lifting/lowering mechanism I don’t think it will be an issue because I have it lowered completely and am still able to sit comfortably at desk-level. That said, the seat gets to feeling hard after a couple hours. Easy to assemble. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Comfortable chair!

This is a large chair, so better for taller folks. I find it very comfortable and easy to maneuver around in my office. I needed a chair that I could sit comfortably in for 10+ hours of Zoom/class sessions. Assembly took less than 1 hour and I did not find it difficult. I used my lap and another chair to help balance the seat when I was attaching the "set screws" with the Allen key.

Buy it

I LOVE this chair. So sturdy and I can lean all the way back without fear of tipping. I can flop on it at any angle and it is amazing. Highly recommend.

LOVE IT LOVE IT

This is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. Love the softness of the leather, no tilt lock(flip out of an office chair once.) The seat adjusts well. The back and head support is great. I like the no arms because I can get up closer to my workspace. Also great for seniors who like to work jigsaw puzzles or crafts.

My sister's and i got this for my Dad for his birthday and he LOVES it! He spends a lot of time at the computer and this has been great for him! Easy to assemble, no odor, optional arm rests, awesome!

This chair should be near the top of your consideration list when it comes to purchasing new chairs for your office. I have nothing but great things to say about these chairs.

This is a wonderful chair!

I bought this chair for my husband and it is super comfortable, rolls easily, and very sturdy. We love it!!! My husband is using it to get around the room too, since he is on a walker. It doesn't mark my hardwood floors either.

Do Not Recommend

We ordered this chair online because it is a "Big and Tall" chair and we thought that would make it more rugged and last longer. The chair was delivered quickly and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the chair was not comfortable and did not seem to have much by way of padding. It also did not slowly recline, but "flopped" back when the user leaned back. Within one week of receiving the chair, we returned it to our local store because the fabric was seperating at the seams. One would think that the price of this chair would imply quality however; this is not the case.

Good Chair

I use this product in our office and it does offer good back support and rolls nicely it is over all a good chair. I find for me the seat is too deep for my height. This was my mistake and has nothing to do with the chair. It is nice and high backed very comfortable to sit in and I prefer no arms on my chairs it works better with my desk. Over all I would recommend this chair to someone who is fairly tall and wants to stay midrange in price.

Comfort

Just finished putting together. Was not hard at all. Seems to be all that I needed and wanted. But time will tell. It has 2 year warranty and the reviews were very good, so hope I will be happy with it. Huge suggestion to all manufactures of office chairs and these type feet...Please make them magnetic or attach where they will not keep falling off when turning over. I have never understood why they make them this way. Just saying.

Fantastic Chair!

I have been looking for a great office chair for my cabins kitchen table. To sit, relax, watch movies, eat and have a few pops at the end of an adventureous day. I have found it and at a great price.

Great Chair

Got for my son who is 350#+. He has eaten up several other chairs because of his weight so I selected this one because of the 400# capacity. Only had it for about a month but seems to be holding up well.

Great chair, but mine came w/o arms!

While I was initially disappointed that my chair came without the arms, I have decided that I actually prefer it without the arms. It is a very comfortable chair for the days when I telecommute. Even with the missing arms, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Try it before you buy it

Staples do not carry office chairs for heavy weights in stock, so I had to purchase online. You can't tell by the photo how the chair will meet you needs. The chair is well made but very bulky and the back sits back to far. I wish I could have tried it before I bought it. I had it assembled at the store for a fee, so I don't know if it was difficult to assemble.
