Looks nice but flimsy parts

We like the narrow footprint and how simple it is to use. It also looks sleek. I'm not sure how much the water reservoir works because a few days after filling one halfway, the same amount of water was still there. Perhaps it's not dry enough where we are, but I was hoping it was more impactful than it seems to be. Also, we have a rug that has some uneven piling -- it's part of the design. One of the plastic pieces that holds one of the casters broke while gliding the heater over it. The design of the casters seems to be really flimsy (see image - we've tried to use heavy duty plastic glues to fix this but it hasn't worked) -- would be better if they were made of metal instead of plastic, particularly since the four wheels hold all the weight of the heater. Lastly, the side arms that pull out from the top do not pull out easily. They tend to stick and also seem like they'll break easily one day. I just got these about two months ago but already have had to ask for replacement parts (pending to see if they'll actually send any) or I may have to return it. Got the heater via Target, and thankfully they have a better return policy than costway directly.

Pretty great so far

I can’t use heaters that have a fan, they always dry me out with overwhelming heat. I’m glad I made the he switch to a radiator, the heat is gentle and this radiator’s humidifier which is nothing fancy but a removable reservoir that that holds water is great addition. It’s quiet, the only sound it makes is light clicking sound when it kicks on to heat, I read in another review that that they returned theirs cause it made a loud clicking sound. I swear the sound is a very soft, slightly metallic sound that’s nowhere near loud enough to startle me awake, theirs had to be defective or maybe the higher the heat setting the louder the clicking sound is.

Powerful and lightweight!

I was shocked at how lightweight this was! I figured I was going to need assistance to bring it inside the house but I was able to bring it in and assemble it by myself without requiring any additional assistance! It is very easy to assemble and the heat this gives off was surprisingly powerful! Very impressed, this is way more convenient than the old radiator heaters from yesteryear!

Very smart design

A Hugh design improvement from my last heater.Two small boxes on both side lower to contain the power cable, and the water for moisture. Which is a great design. Save the cable and added moisture to your room is important.The control buttons are big and easy to adjust.Not noise all at. And heats up quickly. The adjustable wheels are useful make to easy to put anywhere in my room.

Works great!

This electric heater works great in my little old house without central air, and it saves on the gas bill in the winter. It’s not an immediate heat but more of a slow burn and will maintain the heat in a room overnight. I like the setting options and the protective sides as I use this in my kids’ room.

Very useful!

This portable heater ks really awesome! It came straight out the box ready to plug in and use. It also outputs quite a-lot of heat for its size. very sturdy and quality is very nice! Very easy to use as well you just plug in turn it on and set the temperature.

Best heater l had so far

This is definitely the best heater l had so far . My house is very big especially the playroom for my kids , the central heater in my house don’t heat very well for the big room , so l have to use the heater to heat up the room when my kids play there . This is the first time l try oil filled radiator heater , it proved me l made a right choice . The heater heat up slowly but works very well after for a while , the room becomes very warm and comfortable. You don’t need assemble anything just directly plug in . It’s a very good quality unit looks solid too . I also don’t have any trouble with the rollers or anything . The only thing l should complain is it looks cleaning process isn’t easy and l still didn’t figure out how yet . All in all , l would recommend the quality and feathers completely .

Perfect product

The style is neat and elegant, with wet box hidden installation. It heats up really fast, it's really good heating, really good quality. There are three stalls, and some small towels can be hung next to dry, very convenient. Put a water cup on it. It'll keep you warm in the morning. This winter fortunately has it, warm.

Seems well done but honestly didn’t work. Possibly defective.

He really didn’t heat up at all the actual product looked well done but unfortunately not enough heat was being given out. I think it might have defective. However they were Great at reimbursing me

Decent heater

This really is a decent heater and has a more modern look compared to the radiator heaters I grew up with. 2 stars deducted because one of the towel racks doesn't work and appears to be a quality control issue as there was no visible damage upon arrival.

great heat

Although it isn't the largest heater, it effectively heats small spaces and, if left on for a time, larger spaces as well. My small dog enjoys laying next to this wonderful radiant heat. Although it doesn't get too hot to use on carpet, I wouldn't turn it on and place it close to a wall unless it was made of rock. Just my viewpoint. This year, I refused to use my gas furnace, so I bought this heater in its place, which has been successful. Because the entire thing gets really hot and kids could burn themselves if they touched it, I don't believe this would be a good idea around children. Our four dogs, however, have never had a problem avoiding it or suffering burns from it. I'm pleased with my purchase and believe it was worthwhile of my money. will be able to use it for several upcoming winters.

The overall feeling is warm and comfortable

The heater works very well. It only takes a short time to heat the room and it's very quiet. It's easy to move from one place to another, it's constant temperature, I don't feel dry mouth. The body feels comfortable, very good.

The whole room heated up quickly

Fast heating speed, constant temperature, safe not afraid of burns. In the bathroom use effect is very good, winter bath will never be cold. But you have to be careful with the electricity and don't let the water get on it.

Excellent purchase!

I needed a new space heater in my home office. This goes beyond expectations. Easy on/off switch, fits great on the side of my desk, no fan noise, dial thermostat. Excellent purchase!

A very practical heater

This heater it works with no sound and very quiet.The fever is also rapid.my 2 yearsold boy does not like to cover his bed at night.He likes to turn over and over.Now i won't worry if he catches a cold in the middle of the night.I only turn it on 600W is fell comfortable. The retractable towel racks useful also. Most importantantly.the heat form the fornt,back and top of the product won't burn your skin if you touch it.

Heats very well

This isn't the biggest heater but heats a small space very well, or a larger space if you leave it on for a while. It's a warm radiant heat my little dog loves sleeping by it. I'm happy with my purchase and I think it was worth the money I spent on it. Will be able to use it for many winters to come.

good quality and price

Really a nice little floor heater. I have used this heater every single day while I work and it keeps me nice and toasty all day. Heat up vey fast. This heater looks very nice, has good controls, and is easy to move. Would definitely recommend this oil heater.

POOR POWER CORD COVER DESIGN

Was really looking forward to receiving this heater especially for the grate on top so as to keep my cup of coffee warm. Haven't even plugged it in yet as I am very frustrated with the cover panel that covers the electrical cord. It has a couple of tabs on the bottom that slip into slots and a magnet up top to hold the cover in place. No wonder the cover was taped to the cabinet......the magnet does not hold the cover in place. I have spent 10 minutes trying to get it to hold and it will not. And the electrical cord is not interfering. i Added my own little super magnet to the one on the cover and now the cover stays in place. On the other end of the unit is a humidifier. That cover stays in place fine. And the heater heats as expected
