Poor delivery time

I ordered a filing cabinet on the 19th of June it is now the evening of the 22nd of June and it has not been delivered and no updates on the delivery date or time!

You can tell this was a returned item. There is a huge dent on the side of it and the bottom draw will not open. The instructions were in a yellow envelope not the normal factory package.

I bought two of these locking file cabinets to keep some items safe and paid over $100 each. If they told me that the key locks were universal, I never would have bought them. I can use any of the keys between the two file cabinets. To make things worse, I go to a thrift store and seen a similar black metal cabinet, but it had drawers instead. I used my personal file cabinet keys to see if it would lock the drawer cabinet and sure enough it did. I’m really upset that I paid so much for these file cabinets and there is no point to them having locks on them. Anyone could get into them. Wish I could return and get my money back.

I should have examined more carefully, but needed in a hurry. No stop on wheels to hold in place while opening drawers. . Drawers do not pull out far enough to get files, knuckle scrapper.

I purchased this unit to help my mom organize her paperwork. Right out of the box, the file cabinet was covered in dents, some minor, others major. Considering how thin the metal is (think soda can thin), the prevalence of dents sadly makes sense. A complete waste of money

A great value and fabulous customer service in the store.

Terrible do not buy this.

Absolutely terrible. Straight out of the box it has paint defects. The lock doesn't do justice. And the drawers fall in when you put 10 files in it. They don't even weigh that much. Customer service refuses to help. The store was 50 miles away from me and I drove to pick it up. Now they are telling me to drive it back. That is not fair. That would be 200 miles! Not fair!

Great Price, sliders could be improved

Great deal, but the drawers appear to be rough sliding to open/close - does not appear to be wheels, but some grease. Metal, but lightweight and bottom wheels are nice.
