Wayfair has the worst customer service I’ve encountered in 2024. An incomplete package was sent and the car did not work when initially assembled. I had to pay for shipping in order to exchange the dud for a working model, and when I asked the company to send an appropriate box for the return (paid a guy to assemble the models and he threw the box away before we realized we should save it), the customer service rep informed me I could go to a ‘furniture store like Home Goods’ and get a box. Frustrated, I called to speak to a manager, was told I would get a call back, but there’s been no return call for 2 months and counting. The company is trash.

Manual doesn't give proper directions. When I assembled, the front and back wheels rotate opposite directions.

This is a very nice toy car. It was easy to assemble and I am sure my grandson will enjoy riding it when I give it him for his 3rd birthday which will happen on Memorial day.

It is trash and will not charge. The site will not allow me to put in that it is defective. Before you buy this and disappoint your little one, don’t. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

The Truck was delivered at a reasonable time and then as soon as I got it Assembled, It didn't work, So we tried unplugging it and disconnecting it and reconnecting it and charging it up for 24hrs. & still nothing, it's a Dud. Need a Replacement... ASAP

This G Wagon was perfect for my 1 and 3 year old they love it my order came on time it was rather easy to put together my first buy from Wayfair although the instructions doesn’t say but this product requires a full 24 hour charge !

Bar holding axle snapped at the solder point while child less than 45lbs was riding. Poor quality. Would not recommend

Front bar holding the axle snapped within a few months. My son is less than 50 lbs. snapped right at the solder point. Cheaply made product.

G 63 Mercedes G wagon ride on battery operated toy car

The G63 Gwagon is it excellent ride on toy. It seats two children with safety straps and 24 V and four-wheel-drive makes it more enjoyable and quicker than some other battery operated cars.
