The chair does what it says and has many features to support comfort. The pressure can be very strong but simply adjust to your desire. Great after a long day or workout.

Osaki OP-4D Ultima

This chair was a gift....It was too expensive, but, we thought that it would be worth the cost; which it is not. Not as comfortable as I had thought. It is lacking padding for comfort and for the price that I paid for my son.

The size is extremely large than we expected

After couple of family members were tried this machine, we do agree it is too big. We will have to go 16 inches wide instead. So we bought 3D dreamer. Overall, it is beautiful but not for us.

Good but could be better

I’ve had this chair for a month now and have used it several times. I purchased this one because it advertised the 4D options which I thought would give me great range of intensity on my back but even at its lowest setting, it’s pretty intense. I haven’t dared to use it above a”1” setting. I also feel the arm massage is very basic and my arms don’t reach fully into the socketed area for them. They should be at least 3 inches closer to the shoulders. The calf and foot massage is fairly basic as well. I do enjoy the zero gravity position, the fact that it can be positioned close to the back wall and the options to adjust multiple settings. I just can’t help but think that if a normal 6ft tall person would have tested it with the design team, they could have easily achieved a better result. I do like the chair and will continue to use it but because of the intensity of most of the massage types, I don’t think I will ever utilize the full potential of the chair.

Great Massage Chair

Honestly, I went with this chair because it looked a bit sleeker/less bulky than the rest. It does still look like a seat on a space ship, but it doesn’t take up too much space and you can place it pretty close to the wall.

Great to come home and sit in this great chair. It has helped me with sciatica that’s why I bought it hoping it would help and it is I’m very happy with it

Great massage chair

The leather on the chair has a great look and feel. It is not noisy except during the air bag pumps. The deep tissue mode is very strong. And the new design saves a lot of space.

It is an excellent massage chair. Lots of auto and manual massage options. Only con (for me) is the lowest intensity level is still too strong and needs some getting use to. Overall great chair loaded with options.
