It was the perfect size for the place that I’m placing it. All my crafts container fit perfectly. Shipping was fast but the box arrived a little damage, but overall great price.
The advertised product never came. Instead, they sent a shelf with dimensions 30"Wx59"Hx14"D. This happened repeatedly as I tried reordering to get the advertised shelf of 23.6"W. I talked to customer service in store, in chat, and on the phone, and they said they would contact the supplier to find out what was going on and whether the shelf existed with a dimension of 23.6"W. I never heard back.

Missing several of the black plastic clips that hold the shelves in place tried to get in touch with customer service to solve the issue but never heard anything back
Perfect sized for extra storage/shelves for an extra bedroom 👌
