No fireplace inside! Totally disappointed!

The fireplace did not come with my package! All I received was wood and screws. Now it’s 48 hours to hear back from them!? This is unbelievable!

Very easy to put together. Looks beautiful in the space. I get compliments from everyone, and when they find out where I got it from and the price they are in shock every time. Definitely worth it!

It added that finishing touch to our living room, the heat is amazing it will definitely warm up a small to medium size living room. The lights and that cozy touch to it as if you’re next to a real fire place. I love it.

I loved how it looked but it did worry me because the actual heating component was received a week later but I only got 1 tracking number other than that it’s great. The temperature is good I just wished I was able to tilt the vent

TV stand/fireplace was selected for its contemporary appearance and looks beautiful fully assembled. From reading reviews, I watched for damaged cartons and missing parts, but it arrived without any blemishes. Instructions did not always exactly match the product, but I assumed there had been minor improvements in the design and presented no problem. I spent 4 hours assembling, and had to borrow a drill to make pilot holes for the door hinges and fireplace module. The most difficult part was the door alignment and hinge adjustment, but was able to fit the doors quite well. Operation of the unit was fault free, although I think the remote control is a little awkward.

Complete Scam ! Paid over 400$ for this “led fireplace” %26 never got I the fireplace just the empty millwork %26 hardware . Not even instructions to put together . Gets better Walmart will tell you they are a 3rd party seller %26 can’t get a response for 48 . STAY AWAY DONT BUY !

arrived quickly. packed very well. took about 1-1/2 hrs to complete pitying it together by one 22yr old. very nice

Nice stand. Some of the corners don’t stay down the doors were a bit hard to put on. Other than that it’s a nice stand
