This has work for me. Feet and legs tend to swell so keeping them elevated has helped.

Misleading

do not take massaging bumps to mean that it provides actual bumps to the feet, it only means it has bumps on the resting surface which cannot be felt if you use it with footwear.

I use this item daily when I am at the office. It provides comfort and helps my posture when sitting for long hours at the office. I would recommend this item. It's also easy to adjust.

Right height.

I have been looking for a low foot stool for some time but couldn't find what I wanted. Then I thought of a desk foot rest. I'm so happy I purchased this foot rest as it is just the right height for my needs.
