The box was retaped and looked like it had been opened and returned. The assembly instructions were missing and a part (I think one of the legs) was missing. When I tried to process the return, your system would not allow me to complete without attaching pictures. This was the worse Wayfair purchase I have ever experienced.

arrived in a previously used box that was taped everywhere. it was missing one of the rods part and cracked after three days of use. find an alternative product if you plan on using regularly. buyer beware! i tried to post two pictures but they kept being rejected, not of my fault.

It was a piece of junk. Wouldn’t stay together and not worth paying to return it. I cut my losses and threw it away.

The pieces did not fit and it was obvious someone returned it everything was ripped. Based off the box alone I wanted to return it .

I've tried to order this twice now and both time parts are missing. They are going to send me a "resolution email" on whether or not they are going to actually help me out. Do no recomment.

Didn’t like having to assemble it. It’s a little hard to figure it out and I wish I had it delivered already put together but ok!?

Bought this for my father who has knee and back problems. He says it's fine. But me, personally, I would've liked for it to have more height.

Great idea, Needs to be sturdier

Liked the foot rest, but just would have liked for it to be made of sturdier material. I made the mistake of stepping down on it when shifting and it cracked on me. I’m 140lbs. and I guess my weight was too much pressure.

This did not come with the feet you need to actually connect the bars together.

Adjustable Angle and Height Office Foot Rest 17"x11" is exactly what I needed and expected. Very difficult to put together - you would not think so by looking at the design. But the two side bars are tough to get into the holes where they are supposed to go.

Just the right height

I have been looking for a footrest for my home office that isn't too high as most are too high. This is perfect, and it's lightweight. It's similar to one that I have at the office.
