Really simple to assemble and does the job. I still don't know what's the point with the color stick. It's not that hard to adjust the screen height without it.

Strong enough to hold my Alienware 34 Curved QD-OLED Gaming Monitor. A little shaky when I'm converting my desk between sitting and standing mode, but I assume that's inherent for most, if not all, monitor arms.

Once set up, this monitor arm is very strong and easy to adjust. It has a premium feel when rotated/adjusted. The only downside is that it's very slightly inconvenient to assemble, but I feel this is only a very minor inconvenience.
