So far so good! I'd have given this chair five stars if the product photo hadn't confused me into thinking it came with arms. [Should have noticed it's listed as "armless" but I trusted the picture instead of reading properly.] The catch under the seat which raises seat from 22" to 32" was a little tricky for me to negotiate at first but now it works fine, but I wouldn't recommend this mechanism to someone with arthritic fingers or who does not have full use of their hands.
