Parts feel pretty solid but the package must have been hit pretty hard because my left arm rest hard a large chunk broken off in transit.

Worth the price!

Another customer commented on the price of the chair. I don't think it's overpriced at all. I bought a similar-looking chair from Staples and it's nowhere near as nice or comfortable as this chair. I have a desk job that involves long hours working on my computer. This chair is very comfortable. I also appreciate the deep seat as I'm 5'11" with long legs. It arrived within about 5 days of ordering and was easy to assemble.

I just ordered 2 of these chairs and have ordered 7 of them in the past at another place of employment. If you sit for long periods of time as I do in the IT field these chairs are very comfortable and no aches and pains when you get up from them after sitting for 8+ hours. I highly recommend these to anyone. i will be buying more this year.

I could sit in this chair all day.

I love this chair, the only thing I would change is just one more notch up for the arm rest, women have shorter arms and I need mine up another notch, but it's as high as it goes. Other than that, I love the comfort of this chair and would give it a 5 star if it had the extra height in the armrest. I have a crushed vertebrae and need specific settings for my back. With all the extra adjustments available, I can sit in this chair all day without my back hurting. I especially love the soft arm rests so my elbows do not hurt or slide off when I adjust myself.

Its as good as it gets

This chair is heavy! This is the first thing I noticed when I received the package. This chair is solidly build. That is why it weighs so much. Solid as it is, it is comfortable to sit in for long period of time. It has all the adjustments you find in a good quality office chair. The fabric construction is well made. I am very satisfied with it. IMO, this is as good as a Hon chair. Why pay more?

A gift that truly left them speechless!!!

We just celebrated the anniversary of our parents and to say that my father was blown away by the quality and comfort of this chair is an understatement. Even while unwrapping and before putting together the chair, my dad was commenting on the quality. A couple of hours later, the chair was put together (it had first priority) and a picture was sent to us. It was love at first sight. Words cannot begin to express the surprise and joy my father experienced when he finally had the opportunity to sit in this wonderful chair. He can't stop talking about it.

We have purchased OFM chairs in the past and have always been satisfied with the quality and durability of their products. We have never had any issues with them and the two new ones we just received (24 Hour Heavy Duty Ergonomic Task Chair) looks to have the same basic set up and look of the other models we have from them. You will also be very happy with them, they are really nice.

This is my new office chair. Seems to be quite comfortable. it was missing one part (a cover) but that didn't hinder us putting it together. Definitely an improvement over my last chair!

Comfortable chair with many different settings!

Highly recommend this chair should last a long time.

This chair is used in a medical office, front desk task chair. Really supportive and well made. Cushion size is very generous. The ability to have multiple adjustments is fantastic.
