The rugs were not as
The rugs were not as thick as advertised, specs listed 1/2 inch, these were not even 1/4 inch. They are not a good quality. Rugs Direct customer service said I would have to pay shipping to return (4 rugs) because they were close enough to the specified thickness. (100% customer satisfaction). I sent photos but they apparently were not good enough.

Beautiful rug, muted colors
A beautiful rug to go with others I have purchased from Rugs Direct, this one was a surprise as the colors are more muted than the photo; a wider black border on my rug than the one in the photo was also not expected. There is more blue in the rug than I expected, which I don't mind. It has taken awhile for the nap to come back to life after being rolled for shipping but overall we are very pleased, as always, with our purchase from Rugs Direct.
