So we ordered this from their website and shipping was pretty quick however the first day the speaker blew out and I’ll just say this customer service is not the best. It took them one month to get back to my husband via email and they said they were going to replace the control panel a week or two went but nothing, my husband emailed them again and finally a month later they said we’re just gonna ship you a new chair, dispose of the old one. Aside from that the chair is really cool. Our five-year-old loves it. It lights up, you hear the game he’s playing on the chair. It connects via Bluetooth. It’s pretty comfortable. It comes in two pieces. You have to connect the bottom stand to the chair. I’d say probably weighs like 50 pounds. My recommendation would be to just order it from Amazon. 

Purchased for my Grandson ready for Christmas so cannot comment on sound quality as he's not re eived it yet. Looks easy to assemble arm rests. Arrived quickly with good tracking info. Item was packaged carefully. The quality is excellent and colours eye catching. He is aged 7 & this chair will last him size wise for until his teens. Very pleased.

Awesome video rocking chair

The chair came quick and was folded. It sounds awesome and my step son loves it. He plays xbox one with it and its wireless too. If you have a hard time setting it up just go to YouTube for easy instructions. Good but for the money. If you turn the volume up to loud you will blow the speakers just letting you know....

Purchased two of these for my basement rec room. My son's love them. I would not have thought that simply having these chairs could enhance their gaming experience, but it certainly has. Great value.

Very comfortable chair , I have one similar to this one. My boyfriend loves playing his video games from sitting in this chair. It's very light and you can move it around easy. Leather and very comfortable. I think it's great for gaming. I recommend.

I like it...he didn't

Bought for my grandson. Seemed well made. For some reason he didn't use it so never got to try out the sound device. I returned them (2). I think the balance (how far it tilted) was not to his liking. But I still give it 4 stars because I was impressed with the quality of the chair itself. Disappointed that it didn't suit him.

Happy with purchase

Quality material. It was set up and working within five minutes or so. My son loves it. The speakers are pretty good but I have seen better chair although they cost almost twice as much.

Alright so I got one of these like 10 years ago right? Well a few years later it stopped working threw it in the closet where it continually degraded and today I said alright I'm cleaning everything. So here I am breaking this thing in pieces for easy transport and cause why not and I'm like man for a this have a sub on the bottom with all this weight? Opened it up and sure enough it did not but I felt where the weight is and here's where shiatsu gets real . . . this thing had a pouch which I cut open and it was FILLED WITH ROCKS. Literally. Dirty rocks. From like a driveway. For real. Came from the factory that way. All in all totally worth it. Would buy again. Rock on.

I Would NEVER buy again!!

I bought 8 of these chairs for my business after several calls to customer service. They assured me that these would work with and xbox one as long as you had an hdmi converter, so I bought 8 of those too.

A good buy

Really like it. It's heavy/sturdy, which is a good thing. I've owned smaller/lighter gaming rockers, and they last a few months, then the middle starts to bend, and snaps. I was worried about this with the "folding" ability, it might be less strong in the middle, but it looks good. Of course, only time will tell how it holds up long term. Speakers and included wireless audio system is really cool, and a deal for the price.

Rocking and Ready to Go

Super easy to setup. Plenty of connectors for various needs. I was able to quickly connect the red, white, green connector to my TV out and to the wireless transmitter (requires batteries). Set the channel on the transmitter to the same channel on the chair. Plugged the chair in to the AC outlet and good to go. I picked up two chairs for my boys and set both chairs on the same channel using a single transmitter. Would have been nice if the wireless transmitter came with an AC adapter but at least the transmitter has an AC jack to connect an adapter. Considering the price, the speakers are decent and worked well. The sub woofer is deep enough to get some decent sound. The chair is sturdy and appears well made. The fold away chair design is nice. Chair might be too small if you are over 6' 1".

Good for the price... The foams will sink after only a few days of use.

The chair is nice and the sound quality is good, The wireless system is flawless. the foam used makes is the only down.. as it sinks only after a few uses. Really after. weak, you can notice it and its gonna get worse.

Great chair and it looks great. Perfect for my sons game room. Tip-if your T.V. has an audio out or headphone jack, the wireless transmitter box for the chair can be installed without purchasing an HDMI audio convertor for Xbox one and Playstation 3.

Purchased as a gift for our grandson, eight years old. Hug hit, with him as well as his two adult uncles. Great sound, initial connections etc need adult help for sure. Love the fact it will fold up and go in a closet when not in use. He also hot head phones that work great.

Christmas gift

My son got this chair for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He never gets up from. The one we ordered can defective it did not work at all. I called customer service and the took care of everything and our new chair was on its way before they even Received the defective one. We are very pleased with this item...
