deceiving color

The rug is good quality. The colors are not, it was suppose to be gray stripe (as the picture showed) instead it is a beige not gray at all.

Nice cotton rug

Great simple natural cotton rug. It's on the thinner side and the white stripes are a little more ivory than in the photos but overall very pleased with the purchase. Looking to pair it with a wool felt/natural rubber pad to add a little cushion and protect the floor.

Great rug, good price

This rug was a great value in my opinion. Nice quality for a reasonable price. I’m using it outdoors as part of a cabana area near the pool. I didn’t want to overspend knowing it would be outdoors. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and would order this brand again for sure. It is definitely nice enough for indoors as well

Great Layering Rug

Bought this to layer my living room rug with and totally worth it for the sale price! Rugs are so needlessly expensive. Not that the white is off-white, which is especially perfect if you’re trying to layer a dingey older rug on top. Note that the Roomba might get caught on the tassels once in a while, but not really a problem. Also, you’ll need to comb out the tassels after a vacuum which I didn’t do here but a wide toothed shower comb does the trick.

Great Rug!

Love this rug! Using it in my son's room with a nautical theme and it fits perfectly with the decor. As others have stated the white is not a true white but more of an off white/beige color. I did not notice a smell as others have stated and I am very sensitive to smells. Overall great rug!

This is a beautiful rug and is surprisingly pretty soft (unusual for any rug I’ve owned with jute fibers). The color is much bolder in the image, which was a little disappointing considering we wanted the balance of bold yet neutral for our den. It works wonderfully in our bedroom, however, and I would definitely recommend. After several months of enduring very high traffic, it still looks new.

Cute casual beachy neutral rug

I ordered 2 of these rugs in the 8x10 size so I could place them together in a large room. The colors are consistent between the two but there is a slight size variation. Otherwise, they look great! Neutral light gray color, soft enough underfoot - I used a 3/8" rug pad.

This is a lightweight area rug that adds a light & airy feel to the room. I was surprised by how thin it is. I put it over the laminate flooring on the side of the bed. It feels good to step on. The tassels on the ends of the rug became instant hits with our cats. They don’t feel too bad to step on with bare feet either. The rug is light enough to take outside and shake out or leave it inside to vacuum. The weave appears to be of high quality which means the rug should last for a long while.

The simplicity of this rugs design is fabulous. It is high quality but still light weight and makes for an easy to pick up and shake clean area rug. We prefer to shake our rugs even if we will vacuum them later. We have found that some vacs can attach the rug on accident are pull threads so the less vacuuming the better. This light grey really coordinates well with other fabrics like bed spreads and drapes easily. Straight lines, edges and the overall weave is very nicely executed.

MOLD

Rug arrived covered in mold spores, which I noticed after I opened it up, and rolled it out under my couch/on top of another rug. I am pregnant, and now we have to figure out some way to have our home treated for mold (which will cost many times what the actual rug cost me). Huge mess. Huge hassle. Major health concern.

Very pretty from far, but close up some of the rug looks like its dirty. This is not a distressed-looking rugs by printing on Cut pile carpet, this is actually a sisal rug with threads woven through it. It's a very soft-style and very nice underfoot, but it creates a unique visual up close that I wasn't expecting. Overall, I think it's beautiful, but you need to know exactly what you are getting when you order it.

Check the color

I ordered what I thought was a navy and white rug but it is far from white (medium beige). I love the rug and kept it, but put it into a different room than I planned. I really like Rugs USA. Rugs I have purchase previously have been perfect. I am certain I could have returned this rug, but I really do like it. So just note, if you need white this is not the rug for you.

Quality and smell

The rug smelled awful when I unpackaged it, so I let it air out a day and woke up the next morning to my whole house smelling the same way. It was so unbearable that I am sending the rug back. I have purchased about 5 rugs from this site and all have been great quality and I've been so pleased, so maybe this is just a one time manufacturer issue.
