I purchased this little fan back in the summer, and loved the design, like the much bigger fans and it's what attracted me to it. Let me say, it's small with the power of a bigger fan, I was simply surpurised and amazed. I use it for my desk, Pertfect!

Small but works great.

I was skeptical about the low $10 price, but needed a replacement desk fan for the hot weather. It's been on almost 24/7, works great and is very quiet on low speed. It tilts, but does NOT oscillate, which I wouldn't expect for a fan this size. I'm not sure why they said that unless there's a translation issue...?

Tiny but mighty!

It's a perfect tiny fan! It fits in a tote bag, perfect carry on travel fan! So if you need a fan, when traveling, I can't recommend this enough! Just enough noise and breeze that I will never travel without it. I'm buying an extra too! The fan has a vertical pivot versus horizontal. It does not oscilate.

Decent

I'm a fool, this was an impulse purchase. I thought Oscillating meant that it would move around thus giving a nice air circulation but I was wrong. I paid $10. It's just a regular desk fan, takes up space, weird that it has the same air levels twice on each side? It gives a nice little breeze that you manually have to adjust.
