Material is cheaply made. It can easily split during the building process.

Nice ambiance

it did take a long time to put together. it was not difficult, just tedious. we have so enjoyed it. We have to move the new TV lower then decorate it for Christmas.

Assembly was tough but my husband tackled it… product is beautiful %26 well worth it! Keeping us warm %26 toasty with a beautiful view!

Item was damaged

Although pick up in store was phenomenal, the item was damaged when I opened it. Two pieces were cracked, one of which was the front of the mantel. I had to box it all back up and return it and it is heavy!

Poor engineering very low quality for the price

Bought this a week ago put it together only to find the holes for the dowels drilled either to deep or not deep enough.

Product Poorly Crafted

This product is terrible. The holes did not line up and there are gaps between the pieces. It didn’t come with white stickers to cover up the numerous screws that shows. There is a big chip on the front above the fireplace. The shelves are not a tight fit so they look cheap. Calling customer service tomorrow for replacement.

Beautiful fireplace

Took about 3.5 hours to assemble. Follow instructions as written and not hard. May need assistance once pieces start coming together but can assemble alone. Beautiful piece.

Not worth the money or time

This was total junk. IT was broken and the company told me they don't have the parts and to take it back to store for refund. What we had to go through to take it back. Horrible. Stay away from this company

Beautiful!

Bought this for a housewarming gift for a family member. They love it! It was easy to put together and is sturdy and very classy looking in their new home.

Do I work for the company?

I just do not get why we have to put things completely together now. 57 pieces took 7 hours to put together and had to go to a hardware store to buy extra supplies

How do I get in touch with someone about a heater replacement I bought this for a Christmas gift and the actual heating doesn’t work most the time always throws a code I love the fireplace I would just like the insert replaced
