This has been a great chair so far. I ordered one that the screws didn't align, but was sent a new one that worked perfectly at no additional cost.

Very comfortable, fits in my small space, love the sleek design.
The item was prettier in the picture than the physical chair. It was a bit noisy when you move the chair. It is also not very comfortable to sit on.
I wish I could give a negative star. Worst thing I’ve ever bought from Wayfair. Screws were impossible to align. Very poor quality. Hate them. Would like a refund. Just awesome. We are pretty handy people and have put together a lot of furniture. Just terribly terribly made.
These stores did not work for me. They were uncomfortable. The arms hit me right under my arm and made me very uncomfortable. They are very stylish, but I needed something stylish and comfortable.
Beautiful and comfortable. Had a little trouble building. Some of the screws were hard to do.
Got open box item, in black w/gold , had no problems assembling, all parts, screws were in original packaging except one set of screws, but as I said all parts, screws were in box.
The frame was bent and none of the screws met up with the screw holes. There were also missing pieces.
Quality is pretty poor, looks cheap and holes don’t line up so a complete pain to put together

Holes don’t align!! It’s ridiculous how long it took to assemble this chair and I STILL couldn’t get the last screw in!! Very disappointed and sorry I purchased it!!
Love my new office chair. Very easy to assemble. I purchased the white. It looks sleek and it’s very comfortable. Very sturdy and easily adjustable. Excellent chair!
