The spout is chipped on every kettle

Received the same chipped tea kettle I returned in the store. I have yet to see this tea kettle without a chipped spout.

The Perfect Gift

When I saw this teapot I knew it would be perfect for the new home of my friend. I had been looking for a house warming without any luck until I was so happy after walking into your store at there it was sitting on the top shelf the perfect gift.

This teapot is spectacular. The colors match the green I have in my kitchen.

Beautiful teapot

My mother-in-law loves this teapot. She commented on it when we were shopping together and we got it for her as a Mother’s Day gift. She loves how it looks on her stove top! It functions well too.

I was slightly disappointed in the quality because the top is sometimes hard to get off which you have to do in order to fill it. I'm afraid that in pulling the top that the glass finial will come loose. Also, I was hoping for a more yellow, rather than orange, design.

This is a beautiful tea kettle, bigger than expected however. I had to return it only because I realized it did not whistle. Bought the 2-qt instead, the whistling kettle, Looking forward to receiving it as it is beautiful in my kitchen.

It is Magisterial!

I absolutely love this gorgeous tea pot! It is even more beautiful in person. It makes quite a statement. Although this is very expensive I think it is rather magisterial!

Im glad I waited, was on back order since April . Was delivered today, it is so classy, black pot lovely flowers painted on side it will bring a smile every time I use it. Its on the expense side but if you are a tea drinker a beautiful way to serve your tea.

This is the kettle that I knew belonged in my kitchen. So beautifully painted with a delightful glass crystal knob on the lid. And, a gorgeous wood handle. Perfect.

Beautiful and well made teapot! The 3 qt. is very large so I will be ordering the 2 qt. instead. Would definitely recommend this purchase.

A wedding gift that will be used and loved

Heirloom quality, beautiful, functional. Arrived well packed in very fast time. Heavy, solid, looks to last a lifetime. My mother taught me Niemans never disappoints, always delights, and she's still right.

Beautiful Tea Kettle / Poor Quality

I fell in love with this tea kettle the moment i saw it online. Unfortunately, the quality of the tea kettle is not aligned with the cost. Water leaks out the top. I would not recommend this product.
