Absolutely love our new rug. BUT, we would recommend that the rolling up of the rug be done opposite (with the front side of the rug on the outside). We have had this rug since the 25th of April and tried everything, including having it face down (where it lies perfectly flat). But when we turn it over the end that was at the core of the roll just won't lie flat, despite putting weight on it for days. Do you have any suggestions?

We ordered this rug in two sizes, 9 by 12 and 6 by 9 feet in size. The large 9 by 12 rug is beautiful and accents our new wood floor beautifully. However, the second and smaller rug delivered is the wrong rug; and while very beautiful in its own right and giving a nice contrast to the room is not what we ordered. We are trying to determine how to resolve the current situation with Overstock. Thus far we have been veery pleased with the overall service and quality of all Overastock items ordered. R. Danley

I like the traditional style of this rug. The pattern is lovely, and it feels soft underfoot. I thought the green might be a bit too bright for the room, but in person it is more muted, which I prefer. It loses stars, though, because it refuses to lay flat. This is the fourth rug from this manufacturer that I've bought in the past year, and the other three did not have this issue. I unrolled it and left it to relax on a hardwood floor for a week. When it was still lumpy after 7 days, I started messing with it: rolling it up backwards, taking a hairdryer to it, laying heavy books on it. Right now my kitchen table it upside down on top of it to weigh it down. If it wasn't such a hassle to repackage and return such a large rug, it might have gone back already... luckily I do really like the look of it. Hopefully it will flatten out soon.

This rug was perfect for my needs. It connects two open floor spaces with green, cream and tan painted walls. Furniture in the rooms is wood and leather. The colors are vibrant and we regularly get compliments on this rug. It has held up well to foot traffic and a dog. I did purchase a rug pad to keep it from sliding on the hardwood floor. It took a bit for one corner to lie flat since the rug was rolled for delivery. Delivery was quick and it was well packaged. Great value for the price.

I've had two of these runners for almost 4 years and they have held up well and still look almost new. Last year I wanted to purchase another one for my second home but they were not available at the time. I purchased another Safavieh runner which is still the same good quality and it's nice for the space, but I do not think it is as beautiful as these rugs. When people come in my foyer they do not want to step on this rug because they think it is expensive and delicate. It is neither. The tag on the back says it can be rinsed off with a garden hose and I have done that. It remains beautiful.
