Ship to store missing items. Horrible experience
I had a ship to store order, that I picked up. I asked the 2 associates who loaded it...is that all? They said yes. I unboxed it and I was missing the shelves. I called the store, who told me rudely to contact Ove Decors. So I called Ove the next day, and I did get someone to ship replacement shelves to my home. Next figured out I was also missing the mount hardware. This time Ove did not send replacements. Visited the store again, asking them to look, but over a week and no response.
