Comes pre-assembled, all you have to do is add sand and/or water. Idled 150 pounds of sand and topped off with water. It is huge. Once filled it will be very hard to move so get in place before filling. I have it with a 9’ x 11 foot umbrella and it is study.

Wheels don’t roll

Spent hours setting’s this up and filling it with sand only to find out the wheels don’t roll and you cannot move the thing! Infuriating!!!
