Leather does not last

We have had this chair for a little over 5 years now. We have been happy with the comfort of it, but very disappointed in the leather (not real leather) as it has been falling apart (the back and seat), coming off in small and large pieces. We have also not been fond of the chair arm rests either, they move around too much and not sturdy. I would recommend looking at the large tempur-pedic fabric chair as we have one of those as well and have been much happier with it. A bit disapointed in the tempur-pedic company for producing a product like this, it's not to the caliber that we expect from them.

5 star chair and comfort 1 star leather

This chair is exceptionally comfortable and well made except for the leather, if you can call it leather. The leather on this chair is disappearing in real time. I have had leather chairs of much lesser price and quality last and look better significantly longer. For the price this should be a lifetime chair not a couple of years chair.

Great Chair

I bought this March 2020 due to COVID for work at home. I have used it every day since and it is the best chair. In fact, this is one of my all time best purchases. I have now gone back to my workplace 3 times a week, and wish I could take this chair. I have not had one problem with it.

Bonded Leather

Anything Bonded Leather is awful. It peels off and makes a mess.... Don't expect this to last long.....

Good Purchase Online

I recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic Bonded Leather Executive Chair, Black online. I was amazed that I got it the next day. I decided to put it together myself (with some help from my husband). The instructions were very good and I am happy with the chair. It is comfortable & looks very professional. I would recommend it.

Comfortable chair for very tall people

I bought this for my dad, who's 6' 1", and this chair didn't quite work out. He said sitting upright was fine, but when he reclined his feet couldn't stay flat on the floor. The chair itself was extremely comfortable, but he wished it lowered just a little bit more and ultimately exchanged it for something else. Four stars still since for the right person it sounds like it would be a good quality chair.

Firm, comfortable chair

I wanted a chair with good back support, and this chair has it. For a firm chair, it's surprisingly comfortable. I love it so far.
