My flame burned out with this item

My item was received with no instructions or parts. Looks beautiful online but that's it. The item was delivered in 2 separate boxes yet the shipping did not indicate that. So I was confused as to what the contents were in the second box. This was not at all what I was expecting.

It appears to be made. Very confusing to put together as some of the parts were already put together , leaving the directions vague and the person scrambling to find non existent parts. It shipped in three separate boxes and only notified me that there were two, so I thought there were part’s missing, the third box arrived much later in the day. Not worth the price, but it is a good looking piece. If I had it to do over I would probably not have bought this product.

Great purchase

The stand is really nice with the contrasting black and gold and it emits a good amount of heat. You have to be close to feel it, but overall, it is a great purchase so far.

Wonderful fireplace. Looks much better in person. The tv in the picture looks great too. Everything smooth and setup took no time at all. I'm giving it 5 stars.

Horrible assembly instructions

The product is great if you can ever figure out how to put it together. It is all in broken English and doesn’t cover all of the steps necessary. Doesn’t even mention having to take the entire face off and how or where to put the rocks. The picture of the fire is very fake but it puts off heat.

It’s fantastic, a real heater and the soft lighting is very calming
