Yankee candles are fantastic when it comes to burn time they last 40+ hrs. The scents are always divine and this one smells exactly like a midnight dream! I like the heavy quality of the packaging is really nice. It’s a glass container with a metal lid. The one con that I am not sold on is I do feel like these candles produce more Soot but has a better quality of wax!

I was not sure I'd like it, as many say it smells like "men's cologne." But it was on sale, so I got it and actually liked it. I can see people making that comparison (mens cologne) but the one I got just smells very woodsy with "floral hints", but mostly woodsy. But is a very "strong smell" so those who don't like that, probably won't like this. Very woodsy. Very strong. I liked it. It lasts a fairly long time. The price is very expensive. The smell is strong and can fill up a room. The glass and quality and presentation is pleasing to the eye.

I bought 6 candles during a sale which included this one. We have gone through half the candle and the only time I get a whiff of the scent is when I’m standing right next to it (the candle sits on my kitchen counter). What is going on with the quality? This is not a new scent. Prices keep going up and quality is going down. Hopefully, the rest of the candles are not like this!

I love this scent. My also loves it so we keep a candle in his room. I think the scent works year-round but especially for cooler weather because it has a nice masculine smell. The large candle has great burn time. We light the candle in the morning and let it burn all day before extinguishing before bed and it lasts a long time.

Yankee Candle/Mid Summer's Knight

I used to for Yankee Candle, and I know how strong the candles are. The Yankee candles at Walmart are not strong at all. I've tried 2 candles, and both have no fragrance. i tried them because Walmart is convenient, the price is excellent, and I'm familiar with the brand. Very disappointing...

This one is an old favorite I return to every summer. It's my June/July staple scent. It's got great "throw." If there's a downside to this scent, it's the fact that you really need to watch this one to make sure it burns evenly. I tend to have to baby my MidSummer's Night candles a bit to prevent tunneling. But that's not a deal-breaker.

MidSummer's Night is my favorite candle in the Yankee catalogue. It has a nice, prominent scent that's similar to men's cologne and makes whatever room it's placed in take on a different atmosphere and feeling.

I have had the candle a few months now but I do not burn it everyday. Usually once a week because I wanted to make it's last long considering I love the smell. I usually don't spend more than 5$ per candle but I've always wanted to try Yankee products but unfortunately I wasn't pleased with how the candles burn. The sents are wonderful but after burning only half the wick no longer melts the wax which is very disappointing. I have had these problems with both Candles I purchased. I so badly wanted to love this product

This scent is dangerously seductive. I first encountered this scent several years ago when I was a teenager and to this day it’s one my favorite scents of all times.

Yankee candles last forever. They hold their scent. My ultimate favorite is Midsummer Night. It's clean, refreshing, and has a masculine, cleanliness about it. This is my first go to candle. It is followed by Glade's Angel Whisperer, which mirrors Midsummer Night, except it has the feminine qualities.

Favorite scent- year round- at great price!

One of my all time favorite scents!! Originally got for Halloween (one of my favs!) obviously due to color and sticker! However, the smell is so nice (strong so if you don't like that prob not for you) that I burn it all year- use a holder to kinda disguise the stuff that reminds me of Halloween ;-) haha Pretty good "everyday" price at Walmart which is great to avoid having to buy a TON via Yankee candle directly to get near or lower than this price!! Can pick up whenever you need- just one! ;-)

okay so for all of you's out there that are wondering why these are so cheap I will tell you why. The core is a slightly dyed unscented hunk of wax. that core is covered with a quarter inch shell of dyed scented Yankee wax. so if you do the math it's about 1/8 Yankee candle and the rest is just plain old unscented wax. when you start burning it you will notice a ring around the inside on the glass that differs in color from the core. they hope you don't notice because when you melt it a thin layer covers the center. I was suspicious because the midsummer's night candle didn't smell the same as the one I bought at the store. I took the candle out of the glass and cut it in half and what I saw surprised me. these candles are not even worth $10. It gives a bad reputation to Yankee for allowing this to happen. if you flip the candle over you will notice there is a "W" after the candle number. The w stands for Walmart which means these are made exclusively for Walmart.

Yankee Candles are the only candles I will buy for myself or as a gift. I’ve never been disappointed. They smell great, even after burning for hours. They make my home smell amazing. The scent is strong until the very last burn. They last longer and smell better than any candle I’ve ever tried. I’ve been a loyal customer for 30+ years and don’t plan on ever changing. I really wish the holiday fragrances would last all year long but then I guess they wouldn’t be as special if readily available year round. I stock up during the fall and winter so I have my favorite scents all year long. My favorites are always similar to the oldies like Christmas Tree, Christmas Eve, Balsam & Cedar, Mistletoe, Christmas wreath, Red berries & Cedar and of course Patchouli. Yankee Candles are my absolute favorite and I always have one burning at home or in the office. If I had a dollar for every time I’ve recommended Yankee Candle products to someone I’d be a very wealthy person! They are simply the best in my book.
