Really nice charcoal fragrance

Your establishment sent my candle to 8743 WHITE ROSE COURT instead of to my address 8743 Whitehouse Rd. I will never ever in life order from your group EVER AGAIN. I have told everyone as well. White Rose Ct. is a dangerous street in a bad part of town. I am as unsatisfied as a person can be!

Lovely, luxe scent. Off-center wicks.

This and Sea Salt Grapefruit have become my winter/summer home fragrances respectively. I have nothing but good things to say about the scent, which reminds me of a wood burning stove my family had when I was young -- my father would get it going and then my mother would simmer potpourri on it during the winter months. This candle brings that back for me, and the scent is very luxe. Unfortunately, I just purchased two candles and both came with off-center wicks. I'm shocked and disappointed about this. I burn them in a candle cloche so I should be able to correct the wicks and get them burning cleanly without tunneling. But it shouldn't happen in the first place, and I hope that Apotheke will focus on quality control so it doesn't happen again.

The most addictive scent

Love Charcoal scent. Use it everywhere in my house. And diffusers, and soap. I have so many compliments from my friends any time they visit.

Amazing scent but didn’t burn well

I absolutely love love this scent. It’s subtle but rich and seasonless. This might be a fluke, but mine burned very unevenly. The wick appears to not be centered in the wax as it moves down through the candle. I’ve used foil to get it melt down evenly, but since the wick isn’t centered it’ll keep being an issue. Hoping this is just a one-off - I think next time I’ll get the 2 wick since I find those tend to burn more evenly.

As I Expected

I was given a small sample of the charcoal with something that I ordered from somewhere else and I really love the fragrance... I loved it so much that I said to myself when I can afford a larger one I will purchase it.. and so I did... When I finish this one I will try another fragrance.... It may take a while because it's not really in my budget

This is my favorite candle! Fabulous for the bedroom or living, not too heavy a scent but gives any room a smoky, sandlewood vibe .. love it!

It must have lost its smell?

So disappointed! Finally lit my West Elm Charcoal candle, received as a gift, and it has no scent whatsoever. Left it burning for over 3 hours with no luck. Very disappointing experience :(

I have always loved the Charcoal scent and burn it religiously at home. The smoky, woodsy scent is super cozy and I love how it has some spicy undertones.
