Life is Changed

This is literally the best-smelling candle I have ever owned in my whole life. It smells amazing, doesn't have a chemical-synthetic scent, and burns long. The quality is amazing. This is my first Apotheke candle, and I am officially converted.

If happiness was a smell this candle would be it.

This has become my favorite candle of all time. I don't usually spend $44 on candles but I had a gift card and wanted to try something new. I have since bought more. The smell is what I thought adulthood would smell like when I was a kid. What I imagined sophistication and happiness smelled like. And the thing is when I burn it now, as an adult, the smell brings me happiness and a sense of calm. Of course being an adult is nothing like my fantasy as a child but this candle brings back that feeling for me, and I love it. Highly recommend. It's not too strong and doesn't give me a headache. it smells luxurious and bright, fresh and soothing all at once.

I have been receiving this candle monthly for about six months and I’m still loving it as much as I did in the beginning. It’s a clean, but not soapy fragrance!

Great candle for hosting gift

Such a great easy to grab gift for a host. Chose the candle for the minimal packaging and good price point!! The scent is appealing to everyone and not too overpowering. Gift receiver was so happy!!

Rich scent, great candle

Loved the woody fragrance, smells deliciously expensive. Candle burned well and looks great, has a beautiful matte black vessel. Would definitely recommend to candle lovers and those who enjoy woody scents that are strong but not overpowering.

[Rewarded Review] Smells amazing but doesn’t burn evenly.

I burned the candle according to their instructions to prevent tunneling but no matter how long you burn the candle, the wick isn’t big enough for the size of the container. As a result, you inevitably get tunneling. For a higher end candle, it’s disappointing. It smells super nice though and it’s not overpowering like other cheaper brands.

Apotheke - the King of Candles

This is the most luxurious candle I have ever owned. It is my favorite candle and scent. I will not buy candles from any store other than Apotheke, and I am brand loyal for a reason! Apotheke makes the BEST candles on the planet. Their candles are the highest-end, have the best scents, the best throw and are the most aesthetically pleasing to look at. They always put me in a good mood when I have one of their candles burning in the room. I love to give them as gifts. This particular candle, Earl Grey Bitters, is perfect for any occasion. I would recommend it to anyone! And, although I feel that almost all of their candles are simply DIVINE, I feel that Earl Grey Bitters is the best of them all!

Nyc hotel does it again.

Just like everyone else- The Wallace brought me here. There's something so clean and cozy about this scent. I bought a candle at the front desk and plan to reorder!

Sophisticated, cozy and renewing. My new go-to.

Lovely fragrance for every day. I stayed at The Wallace in NYC recently and immediately noticed the divine candle they were burning. I was happy to learn it was made locally in Brooklyn and immediately knew Earl Grey Bitters would be my new scent for home. I purchased a couple of candles, hand wash and Pura refills. I am sure Apotheke has other amazing scents and hope I will get a chance to experience more someday soon. I am no stranger to high end and boutique scents and fragrances. I am completely in love with Earl Grey Bitters.

The only candle for me

My first encounter with Earl Grey Bitters was at a hotel in NYC. I am not a candle person but the aroma was so heavenly I inquired about it at the front desk and wrote down the information. After returning home I could not get the comforting and inviting fragrance out of my head and told everyone about it and a friend surprised me with one. I have burned it every day since. I will say my wick wasn?t centered and it burned one sided so I had to gently scrap the wax on the opposite side for it to stay even but I love this candle so much it will not prevent me from ordering another. ❤?

This is my second time

This is my second time purchasing this candle and it's a much better outcome than the first one. There's no tunneling, the scent throw great, and the scent itself is gorgeous. Will absolutely be buying again.

Best candle of all time

Ever since I bought this candle for the first time in a local store I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I finally pulled the trigger and bought two more during the BFCM deal, and now am in bliss in my cozy room with this wonderfully scented candle. It smells SO good, it's like a hotel in my room. I plan to keep this candle in the rotation moving forward.

Amazing scent!

Absolutely LOVE this candle! It smells citrusy at first, but it has a deeper, beautiful scent once you start to burn it. I ordered it again because I loved the first one so much. It was lit in my entryway and made the whole house smell amazing! And, they are quality candles, so even if you are paying a higher price, they burn well and go to the end.

Chic and soft!

I bought this candle for my new apartment. It warmed up my home right away. The scent is so sophisticated and not over powering. I am sensitive to smells and didn’t have an issue at all. It doesn’t burn fast so you can plan to enjoy your candle for a long time!

3 wick Earl Grey

We're in love with the scent! The problem is the burn rate of the wicks is too slow for the speed in which the wax melts. I have had two candles dangerously catch fire and destroy the candle both times. Stick to a single wick.
