No customer support.

Poor service from Wal-Mart and from seller. My original question was what "is the warranty for this chair". The chair is drifting down after 3 months. Over $300 for a chair that last 3 months? In the chat I told them the problem, they kept saying damage. I told them it was not damaged but was defective. They only process damage claims for 14 days. I could not make them understand it is not damaged, but defective. I was never given an answer as to what the warranty is for the chair. Wal-Mart would refer me to the vendor and say we have to give the vendor 48 hours to respond. Vendor would say no damage claims after 14 days. I did this dance twice. It took a week. I am now trying to purchase the parts so I can fix it myself. The support was useless and I am stuck with a $300 chair that stays all the way down.

Terribly Uncomfortable

Chair is very uncomfortable. The lumbar support makes you feel like you are about to fall out of the chair. Also, knob for tilt doesnt seem to do anything. Terrible chair.

Don't Buy This Chair Unless You Like Punishment

Terrible chair. Very uncomfortable and slopes forward so you can never sit back without holding yourself in that position. The hydraulics randomly fail and the chair falls. The saddest part is that the cushioning is great, but the way it's set up, you can't utilize how good it is. So much money for a bad product.

Back support very uncomfortable. I can’t sit in this chair comfortably, must return.

supportive office chair; not disappointed

6'3", 250 lbs. bought a new chair because my sciatica is acting up. comfy, but firm. pad for your back supports you (all the way up to the shoulder blades) when you move and shift in the chair. this is not a "relax and sink into it" chair. it kind of forces you to sit up straight. your head doesn't touch the cushion unless you lean back. you can lean back and recline, but you have to put your feet up, or your arms up, to keep the balance. it's only a week old, so far. here's hoping it lasts.
