One chair coming with a paint damaged leg.

This chair should NOT have been the nightmare it was. I ordered 2 for a small waiting room. The size and sturdiness seemed reasonable. The first chair went together nicely. The second chair, the alignment screws to holes was so far off, that after 2 hours of struggling, taking it apart and reassembling,I decided to just send it back. It happens sometimes! The replacement chair went together ok, but even for adjusting the feet it is still an inch off! That makes for a very wobbly chair and one that is unusable! I would have dismantled them both and sent them back, but even the maker doesn't want them. I appreciate getting a full refund but now I have 2 chairs to get rid of since I can't use just one in my set up!! It's so crazy wasteful of time, energy and resources.

Very comfortable and sturdy chair.

I LOVE THE CHAIRS,

The mahogany color is very red, more than what I expected. They are comfortable and look good, but very frustrating to put together. One chair didn't even have holes in the correct place to screw it in so we are sending it back.

The chairs look nice but were difficult to put together. The wood on the legs and near the bolt holes got scratched in the process. The shorter bolts seemed too short for the job - so I used the extra longer bolt for one of the holes on each of the two chairs I purchased. I wish the chairs were a little wider for use in the waiting room of the office.

I have these in my office and they are rarely used so there is no reason for the material to just flake apart. You can just peal off the outside finish, it is crumbling off. Pretty sad these weren't that cheap and I bought them for looks. No one sits in them but they are now too ugly to keep.

Great Desk chair

This chair looks great and appears to be sturdy. The assembly should have been simple to assemble, but it seemed that some of the predrilled holes were a bit off.

Assembly was not the greatest

Very happy with this chair. Design (height, rounded edges) are good. Works with traditional or more modern decor. After we got the first two, we ordered two more.

The 1st 2 boxes opened had issues. The 1st one the chair had multiple scratches and dings on the wooden legs. It was also short 1 assembly screw. The 2nd box the screws would not fit in the holes to assemble the chair. I sent a response to the vendor, but still no response 4 days later. I have not opened the remaining boxes. The product, otherwise, looks nice.

Classy looking office chairs for a conference room or individual offices. Comfortable and easy to assemble.

Difficult and a hassle to put together because some of the screws were not lining up. Aside from that, these chairs look very nice and are very elegant, and are very comfortable and firm to sit in.

The material is nice and soft. Holes were drilled off a little so one chair rocks and the other one sits crooked. Not what I expected for the money.

It was time to redecorate our waiting room and of course, Wayfair was my go to. We ordered these Leather Guest Chairs, a magazine holder, two side tables and a double chair. Patients and guests have commented on "how nice" the waiting rooms looks. Everything arrived ahead of expectations, assembly was quick and easy and now after a year these chairs look as good as new. The value and construction above expectations. Thank you Wayfair - you always have just what we need - at a great price!

The quality of these chairs was as expected for the price. Good, but not great. Perfect for high traffic office though. The seats will make you fall forward slightly, which is somewhat uncomfortable for me, however this is a good product for the money.
