nice shelf but difficult to put on wall

There were no written instructions. The pictures were difficult to follow. I consider myself very handy. I put the shelf together which wasn't difficult. The difficult part was handing it on the wall! REALLY hard to place the screws in the correct place in order for it to be level. This may be because the product itself it tiered. In any case, after 2 hours and 2 people, the shelf is now hung. One other thing is that they place the stickers that are lettered for you to follow to put the pieces together on the front facing boards. Which means that when it's hung, you have to scrape the gluey substance off. Would make more sense to put the letters on the part that faces the wall.

Hardware failure

The enclosed black plastic covers are for a Phillips head and the enclosed fasteners are a hex head. Therefore they do not fit and all hardware remains exposed.

Perfect wall storage

Easy to put together and sturdy. Ordered 2 for my son’s room and we love the storage for books with room on top for all his lego creations!

Ruined my Wall

Assembling wasn’t a problem, installing on the wall was a whole other story. The anchors that came did not work. When trying to hang the shelve, the slots for hanging crumbled, (pictures below). I also added pictures so you can see where the anchors tore out my wall. I love the product itself, but it was not properly made as a hanging shelf.

I really like this shelving. There is so much capacity but is out of the way and just looks more interesting than a basic shelf.

Absolutely Beautiful

I love this shelf! It looks so nice hanging above my computer desk on the wall. We did have to purchase it twice because the first one was damaged. (Even our second one had a small nick on one of the pieces, but I placed it on the wall-side so it is not noticeable at all.) The price is great and, once assembled, it doesn't look cheap at all. It took me about 45 minutes to put it together and the only drawback is placing it on the wall. Don't use the wall plugs that it comes with but use ones a touch larger & sturdier. Because of the four holes that need to be lined up on the back for placement, a level is definitely recommended so it goes up level. All in all, I'm happy with my shelf and I would recommend this product.

Solid and stylish

I got this shelf in black. It looks stylish and very nice on my wall but I had to subtract a star for the packaging and the stickers on the pieces. The styrofoam kept it safe but got ALL over and the stickers were tough to peel off once assembled. It was a little hard to hang because the mounting holes on the back are staggered but using a piece of painters tape definitely helped.

Potentially this could have been a decent product, but I had a hard time putting this together and installing on my own. The design was unique and quality of product for its cost was good, but still would have rather had this put together by manufacturer.

Very sturdy and modern looking

Really great 3 cubed shelf. First, it’s very easy to assemble. Even if you’re not very handy with tools, this shelf is easy to assemble. Next, it’s very sturdy. I love the versatility of being able to hand it horizontally or vertically. I hung it horizontally and looks awesome. My walls are yellow so the black really stood out. I placed some art projects my daughter has made over the years, a small picture and some decor items. It offers a good amount of space. Last, I love how modern it looks. Adds so much character to any room.

Attractive but poorly aligned

The shelf is nice and light-weight and wasn't difficult to put together but unfortunately it's completely crooked. The bottom shelf of two of the three cubes are not drilled at right angles so the shelf wouldn't be very useful.

This went together pretty easily and looks great in my office.

I love the look of this shelf, but it’s been almost impossible to mount it on our wall! It’s quite heavy, and for whatever reason, is breaking apart as we try to mount it. We have very solid walls & have tried several ways to mount it but it still lies in my dining room :(
