Missing pieces
The bolt holes didn't line up on the bottom and missing a piece. Looks like a good quality but need to wait on the replacement one to really review the product

This is a long term usage review - purchase in January 2019 and the chair pad is worn out completely. I weigh 185lbs - below the weight rating of the chair - so I would think it would have lasted longer. The rest of the chair mechanics is fine. Need to replace seat after 2 years

Fragile
I bought this for my 17 yr old to use during home school. Within a week of 'gentle' use, as soon as your back touches the backrest, it reclines. It is now no more than a stool until I can buy a replacement.
Chair is too low.
You should figure out whether this chair is high enough when sitting. I'm almost 6 feet tall and my wife is 5' 6" and this chair is too low for both of us at it's highest setting! Maximum Height, Floor to Seat Top: 19 Inches I got a similar chair from Target ~10 years ago and it's max is 21.5" which works for both of us.
Easy to assemble but....
Arrived quickly, and easy to assemble, but there is a disclaimer on the bottom of the chair that the weight limit is 150#!!! I don’t remember seeing that in the description!!! The chair also has a one year warranty- glad I didn’t pay more!
As expected
Needed a desk chair with no arms .. I’ve ordered from Techni Mobili before and liked the quality of their products. This chair was received quickly and was easy to put together (20mins) once I figured out how to properly put the wheels in (that took a minute) instructions could have been clearer; but overall very pleased.
Office chair
Easy setup. Looks an feels great. Arrived a week before expected. Yayyyy.. Would buy again. Although only have had it for two weeks.
Hardware issue
Probably would like it more if the hardware had been included. Now jumping through hoops just to get the vender to send them. Having 5 pieces of a chair I can't use is irritating.
Not comfortable
The design of the chair is nice but unfortunately the seat cushion is so thin its not made for an 8 hour work day. Within 30 mins it was very uncomfortable to sit in. I will be returning this chair soon

Nice desk chair, easy to set up. I did purchase an extra seat cushion which is intended for use in the car but I’m working from home now. The seat of the chair is a bit too flat and I needed a little more cushion.
