Armrests are bad they fly out with a slight pressure; can't seat one of the armrest mounting screws as it's under the frame. Condition after a hipping from UPS was nearly criminal! Seat is pretty comfortable; but I won't use a chair without good armrests; I do video and graphics all day; armrests are vital.

Seat great...back (surprisingly) terrible

Received and fairly easily put together although alot of the wholes weren't threaded correctly/straight because it was very difficult to screw in some of the screws.

Excellent and Highly Adjustable

Purchased this chair primarily for the swing out arms feature. It is very difficult to find a chair whose arms both adjust up and down AND swing out to allow desk front clearance. The chair appears to be well constructed. It is HEAVY. Very please with the speed of the shipping from Jet. It arrived in one day.
