Comfortable, reliable desk chair

My husband and all of the cats enjoy this chair. As a teacher, he spends a lot of time at his desk going over student papers and his last chair was very uncomfortable. this has been a big improvement! He is 6'2", so this works well for tall people.

Ergonomically adjustable for support and comfort

After having this same chair in my work office for several years, I finally decide to purchase one for my home office. It very comfortable and ergonomically adjustable for correct posture.

The warranty for this chair said to contact the seller if there were defects with the chair. I contacted the seller within a week of purchase, the seller responded promptly, and I provided them with all the information they asked for. 2 months passed and I heard nothing from manufacturer or seller. I contacted the seller again to find out if there was any update on my issue and they said I should have already received the new part for my chair and that they would contact the manufacturer and update me on the issue. Long story shorts its been 5 months since I first bought this chair and the chairs functionality and comfort has severely decreased.

Comfortable and cool to sit on for long periods of time. Well priced for what it is as well.

Fairly easy to put together. As with many Chinese products, some picture details are quite small.

NOTE: I already read the reviews, so I know people DON'T read them before buying, but this is a mesh SEAT chair, not just back. If you have never sat in on before for a length of time, DO NOT buy this. A lot of people don't like the mesh seat. This chair is also NOT AS PICTURED! The arms are the common padded ones, not rounded plastic like in the pictures, which was one of the primary criteria I specifically bought them for. The problem with the padded arms is that the foam always cracks down the middle, and then it's downhill from there. This feels like false advertising, since the product description even states "arm style: loop arms".That aside, the chair is otherwise as I expected it. Even the arm pads at least have solid backing under the entire pad, so they should be much less likely to crack. The seat goes down low enough to clear my keyboard tray that is under my standard height desk, which many chairs do not. The base is thick plastic and low profile. The casters are standard small size. The cylinder is quite short, and doesn't stick out underneath the base very far.As can be seen from pictures and description, this chair is not particularly adjustable. There is height, obviously, on the seat and the armrests, the seat does not tilt, and there is a tension control to adjust how much and how easily the back tilts; it's only a couple of degrees in any case. The back is not height adjustable. Overall, kind of disappointing for the price. A solid 3.5. 3 if you don't like the T arms, maybe 4 if they're fine and you don't need adjustability. Less

Not Worth the Price

This is more like a $49 chair...not a $149 model. It's not very comfortable and the quality isn't quite as good as I expected.

Great Chair

This is a very comfortable chair. It will be cool in the summer. It takes a little work to dial it in to make it comfortable for you. There are a few adjustments to make tilt and arm height. Once you get it dialed in it is great. I absolutely love the lumbar support. I will never go back to a chair without it.

acceptable quality

Wanted a mid back mesh chair. Only reservations I had was that it did not have as much ergonomic flexibility as some other chairs. It is a sturdy(/heavy) chair that will last though.

Quick Delivery-a bit stiff

The chair itself is a bit stiff waiting to see if it gets any more comfortable over time.

great chairs

Really like the chairs. You have the option of not installing the arms which is a nice feature as some of our desks don't accommodate chair arms very well.

NOT MADE FOR SITTING

Never purchased an office chair that I literally could not sit in until this one. It cuts off the circulation to my legs. The chair is designed such that you are tilted back and your legs hand uncomfortably over the edge until circulation becomes so bad I have to get up and walk around until the blood gets back into my legs. The arms are unpadded, which should be fine, but in this case only add to the overall un-sit-ability of this chair. The retail price for this chair is laughably ludicrous, and the "sale" price is still way too much to pay for such a poorly designed and constructed torture device.

Great Ergo Computer Chair!

We recently purchased the Alera Etros mesh mid back chair and love it. Very comfortable, very ergonomic, great chair. We bought it at the right time, as it was on sale for $100 off it's usual asking price. We paid the additional $30 for each chair to be assembled in the store and that was money well spent, as I understand it is quite a bear to put these chairs together on your own. Great value, great comfort with lumbar support. I would definitely recommend this chair for anyone in the market looking to buy a new computer chair.
