I had this chair at my job and I liked it so much that I looked up the product name and number and bought the same one for my house. It replaced my old gaming chair and this chair is insanely more comfortable. Now I can be comfortable at work and at home!

[Rewarded Review] Not as durable as I had hoped

I bought these chairs 3 years ago, the mesh backing started coming off after about a year and one of the arm rests has fallen off. I know they aren't high dollar chairs, but we are also not heavy users, so I had hoped they would last longer than they have. They are relatively comfortable. Trying to find a seat/back cover that will fit them.

Great inexpensive chair. Once I chose it from the floor samples, pulled the card and brought it I was told they didn’t have it in stock. No problem. I received it at home 4 days later after ordering it in the store. Assembly was basic and the manufacturers instructions were adequate.

Purchase 2024, 6 days of use the right arm adjustment broke. Office Depot would not acept my return. I needed to contact the manufacture for replacement parts.

the arm rests are absolutely terrible. they are hard as a rock, and not adjustable other than height.

I bought this Chair approximately 1 year ago and now I can't use it anymore. Went to the shop to see if I can help but was told to contact the supplier. So this effectively means that I spent 299$ for a chair that last one year?? Please I need a fix.

In 11 months, the armrest started disintegrating!

Purchased July, 2023. By May of '24 the armrest had a crack in it, and the plastic was falling apart underneath. One armrest, the foam is stiff, but the other is soft and (now) cracked.

Far from comfortable

Sturdy, well-made frame. I’m a large person though, and this seat is far too large for me and definitely too large for the average person. Additionally, the seat cushion is exceptionally uncomfortable.

The additional two levers to adjust the seat and back to fit the body makes sitting in it very comfortable. It was extremely easy to assemble.

I was looking for a chair with excellent back support and found it in this chair. I am also pleased with the ease of adjustment of other chair features. In addition, instructions for assembling the chair were written clearly and accompanying illustrations made a sometimes frustrating task unfrustrating!

Seat is too hard

Super uncomfortable seat. I have low back pain and this chair has not helped at all! I have to use an extra cushion. The seat is so hard
