Great chair. I have bad back pain from a car accident and my job is a high demand sitting job, so it’s hard to stand to relieve the pain without having to sit down instantly. With this chair I can sit much longer using this chair. Some days I don’t even have to stand. Again, great chair, and even better price (:

I literally could not get the arms attached. There was no hole to screw them into. And I agree with another comment I saw where the bolts are very difficult to get in due to how the mechanism is put together. The cushion seems comfortable, but I'm not able to adjust the angle, like you're supposed to be able to. It's not worth taking apart and returning, but I would not recommend.

Comfortable posture support

I bought this chair to provide better ergonomic support than my former very cheap office chair, and it has delivered. It's been a week and I've already had less pain than formerly. The back is comfortable and supports me to maintain decent posture, and the seat is firm but not too firm. It was relatively easy to assemble, no complaints. Would buy again.

Office Furniture

My experience was really memorable. I needed the chair urgently because the one I was using was no longer comfortable. And so I went to the store to speak to Mr Isaac that morning. He checked around the store and found this chair. And I went home same day with the chair. That was awesome. And this chair is good.

Very happy with the purchase

Finally my search is over. The chair is very comfortable. I have tried some other chairs. La-z-boy was a nightmare; I hated it but used it for two years because it is difficult to uninstall and return chairs. Tempur-Pedic was uncomfortable for me so my husband agreed to use it. The chair was not available in any of the store to try but thankfully it was the right thing for me.

Not happy, it's not comfortable at all

I am a small person, 5ft 58kg, and this chair has such a small area to sit. The back isn't flexible. The cushion is hard that within a month, my tailbone started hurting. There are way better chairs you can buy for this price. Don't waste your money.

Seat slides back and forth when you reposition; no way to stop that. If you're XL or bigger it should work well. I'm 200 lbs and the chair feels too big for me. It would be nice if the armrests could move in/out or left/right, but they only adjust up/down. Besides that the quality seems very good. It's heavy, sturdy, and should hold up well. One part arrived broken, but a replacement was sent quickly.

Stylish and Comfortable Chair

I have been working from home during the latest heatwave. The netted back of this chair has kept me cooler than my previous chair and now I feel so much more comfortable to be able work at home without air conditioning. In addition, this chair is stylish, is adjustable to fit me well, has good back support and a comfortable seat cushion. Very happy with my purchase.

Some of the pieces are a little difficult to put together and the instructions are a bit lazy. Not great on greats. Comfortable, maybe a little too high for a short desk. Arms wiggle a bit, but not annoyingly. Cushion is pretty dense and mesh back are pretty supportive. Has a decent amount of options of how you want the chair to be positioned i.e. seat, back, arms, etc.

The chair was pretty simple to put together. At first, I thought the mesh was itchy and that the seat was hard. I’ve only used it a couple times and haven’t fully broke it in yet, but it now feels extremely comfortable. More comfortable than the similar $600+ Chairs we at work. The mesh feels like memory foam to me and the seat feels even better. Very happy with this purchase.

LOVE this chair! Great quality and very comfortable. The padding on the seat is thicker than many other chairs that I've looked at. There's a TON of options to adjust the position of the seat. I only gave it 4 stars because it was a bit of a pain to put together. I'm used to having a chair already be partially put together but this is because it's better made than others I've purchased in the past. Just take your time - it's not difficult, just requires more time and attention than others. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new office chair.

Whewww First let me say this was the first time I purchase and did a pick up curb side and it was a smooth process good job best buy! I was just so happy to get a chair asap i forgot about assembling and of course they didn't nor could. Soo i got it home and at first was a little intimidating ,,,,,, But it was easier then i thought. it says it doesn't supply a screwdriver but it did supply the tool. i love the chair arm lift - ooh when putting on the arms make sure you have the seat turn up right sitting side up and then slide arms in underneath it does not say on arms which is left or right so this way you know.

So far....so good

So far, so good. Lots of adjustment availability. Surprisingly, the chair is very heavy so if you don't like that, don't buy. My 17 year old tall son says its very comfortable with lots of support. Time will tell. Takes 30 min to set it all up...less time if you have more than one as you'd know exactly how to do it. One screw is very difficult to put in, but if you read the instructions it tells you how to get to that hole -- you need to pull on some levers and move them in order to access. Presto then you're done.

Solid chair with lots of adjustability

I've tried a few chairs for my home office. They must be comfortable for up to 8-9 hours of use and have more adjustability than just a tilt back and seat height in order to maintain good ergonomics. It is amazing how many DO NOT have enough adjustments.

What a difference a day makes

I've been working from home for a few months and I've been using my husbands gaming chair which is completely not comfortable. When this chair arrived I was over the moon! It was fairly easy to assemble. The seat is super comfortable I'm a little short so I haven't quite gotten the height adjustment and lumbar support quite right yet (Today is my first day using the chair) but the comfort in the seat cushion alone has made vast improvements to my teleworking life.

Poor Quality Seat Padding

After a couple of weeks I started to feel the bottom hard surface of the seat. The seat padding is not dense enough it seems. I am about 195 lbs/6ftn and so not too overweight! But to sit on this chair for more than a couple of hours becomes uncomfortable. I bought this item online and had it delivered based on the high reviews. Next time I will go to store to physically test one out! I tried to return the chair but the BB policy is to only accept unassembled with original packaging. So buyers beware! I have to place a cushion on top of this new chair to make it work. Not happy with this product quality. I usually don't write many reviews but I felt I had to on this one. All other technical features work OK.
