Had to purchase 3 in bolts since it came without them. But that's a steal for a $140 chair. Assembled, chair is great.
No Support
The chair is very uncomfortable. There is no support and it cannot be adjusted at all. The arm rests are very low. They are about 4 inches short of being to the top of a normal height desk and therefore there is no arm support. I want to return the chair because what is advertised as adjustment does not work. But they want $59.00 to return it.
