Super comfortable chair

Awesome chair! Very well packed, super easy to put together, and extremely comfortable. Back support is great. Adjustability is good. Arms fold down and are at a comfortable height when down. Nicely fold up to fit under the desk when done working for the day.

Comfortable chair but hard to assemble. One of the seat screws did not align no matter how many times I backed out all 4 screws and tried to make them fit. One screw remains barely threaded. Hope the seat doesn't come apart over time. I wouldn't recommend this chair.

My son and daughter in law bought two of these and were thrilled with them. My husbands office chair was shot so we borrowed theirs to see how it felt. After a day, I bought this one for him. Back is mesh to keep him cool (that was a complaint of the last chair with solid back, it was too hot). The seat is firm. Great quality chair!

Great Office Chair

Our recent Safety Training was about ergonomics and once completed our staff pointed out that our current chairs were not ergonomic friendly. We researched online to find a chair that had both task chairs and counter chairs. This chair design had both and informative reviews. We decided to order 7 chairs for our reservation department. They liked them so well that we ordered 5 more for our accounting department. The staff appreciate the flexibility of the chair mechanics. We would order again.

If you're going to buy this chair, wait until it goes to 75% off. Not worth full price. The foam is not firm or good quality. The chair is already starting to squeak when it rocks. I've had it for two months. It doesn't even lock in the reclined position. Can't adjust the back or the seat, so the top plastic of the chair digs into the shoulders when you press back. At least it looks good. I'm 5"10 and 145 lbs.

6 of the screw holes on the bottom of the seat were incorrectly sized. I bought screws that were a mm smaller that worked for two of the holes. But were two small for of the other four holes. For those, I forced the screws that were included with the chair in as far as I could, but the arrangement is not very safe. My husband, who has pretty strong hands because he plays guitar was not able to fit them in any further and I tried using a power drill to screw them in further, but all that accomplished was tweeking my wrist.

I seen several others using this chair for dining. So that's exactly what we did. Bought 2 of the red. Took about a week delivery from Mississippi to Seattle. Box's were a little tired but chairs were fine. The quality and engineering excellent. Very comfortable sitting. I put them together myself & have a hint for you. Test each screw before assembly. Don't tighten connections until all screws started. That's so you'll be able to wiggle parts to line up holes. I Compare them to a regular Captain's dining chair. Very good value. Wayfair shopping easy-peasy.

Happy With My Office Chair Purchase...

This chair is well-built and stylishly designed. I really like the bright lime-green color. I am 6'1" and 255 lbs. and this chair is more than capable to support my weight. Minimal assembly required with good instructions. Necessary nuts and bolts and Allen wrench all well organized for use.

Hard to put screws in

The arms went on okay, but the seat screws didn't match up well. Two went in ok, one I had to really work hard to get all the way in, and one I only got in about 2/3 of the way, no further. The instructions did not match the part numbers. This is what we get from *****. Otherwise the materials seemed good for the price. the mesh on the arms are rough on my forearms. I have to put something over them.

Used as my WFH office chair, this comfortable chair performed its duties like a champion, providing 40-50 hours/week of comfortable, sturdy support at the right height. Then, suddenly, out of nowhere, the pneumatics have decided they don't like sitting me up high. It's fine, until it's not. At random points in time, the chair decides it needs a rest and begins to slink slowly over 10 seconds to descend to the bottom. Maybe my chair has decided what's best for me is to be eye-level with my keyboard and stapler? I am disappointed that I'll have to be replacing my chair so quickly after such regular and gentle use.

Good chair for the money, I'm glad I bought it

I've had this chair for about a week now and I enjoy it. It is comfy, the tilt works great and it gives me better back support than my last chair. This chair did have a slight stain mark on the seat when I got it but nothing that would be a deal breaker and I think it is worth the money. I also enjoy that the arms flip up so I can put my legs up without pressing them into the arm rest. Also the casters roll really well too. The tan color is orangey enough if you're looking for an orange chair.

In March 2020, like so many others during the pandemic, I started working remotely from home. After a few months at my kitchen table, I couldn’t take it anymore and transformed an extra bedroom into an office. This chair was recommended by a friend, so I went ahead and bought it. I love it.

Mesh Back Ergo Desk Chair

I LOVE this chair! Due to COVID, I've been primarily working from home on my computer for the last 1.5 years plus. Since I really liked my previous ergonomic desk chair that had a mesh back & upholstered seat, I was looking for a similar replacement. I also needed a chair that did not have too big of a footprint as the space behind my desk is somewhat limited. I saw this online & loved the ergonomic adjustments, design, color, & the fact that the arms can easily flip up to allow one to move in closer to their desk if needed. After doing more research on various chairs I decided to order this & have not been disappointed. It arrived promptly, was exactly as described, was super quick & easy to assemble, & appears to be very good quality. It is simple to make seating adjustments so it fits me perfectly with great lumbar support. This office chair is the perfect size for me (I'm 5'-8", average build). Since I've been using it my back has felt a lot better at the end of a long workday. I would definitely buy again & would enthusiastically recommend to others!

The biggest complaint I have is the LOUD CRACK sounds when you move. It's sounds like a sharp gunshot. It scares the heck out of me. My neighbor can hear this next door through the walls! The chair also makes a sound every single time you move, it's very annoying and disappointing. I have to make sure to to move a muscle when I'm on conference and client calls. I hope Wayfair will offer a solution to make this right.

Overall, this is a good chair for a fair price. It's features are as described, and the quality is maybe a little bit higher than I expected for the price. It's comfortable in nearly every respect. I wish the arms were adjustable - they rotate up to be out of the way and down for use, but do not adjust in any other way. The mesh on this chair is similar in quality to a mesh laundry bag. It's fine now, but after a month it's already starting to stretch resulting in slightly less lumbar support. I wonder if it will last even a year. The chairs at my office by a famous brand cost nearly 10 times as much, but have a mesh similar to heavy duty landscaping shade tarp - and will probably last forever.

While the chair is attractive looking and comfortable for me as I am short, I could see where the top of the chair could dig into the shoulders of a taller individual. Aside of this, I am giving it a two star rating due to dysfunctional components.
