Reviews
Examine the chair very carefully before you buy.
The arms don’t flips up and down. I didn’t realize it was like that until I assembled the product.
Great chairs
These chairs are very comfortable and they look great. When we wear out the old ones we will be buying more of these
Very happy with this chair!
The mid-back style is very comfortable and the arm rests are at just the right height. Perfect for light to moderate sitting use, I'm very glad I purchased this.
REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY - (Piece of garbage) rev.
They replaced it under warranty. Was able to get in touch with Flash furniture customer service. Support team asked for a video of the problem. They mailed out a new chair. This one assembled well, no issues, no sounds, decently comfortable and good, not as super as the chairs that are double or triple in price, those have more features and are definitely better, but this is good now. Thanks for taking care under warranty!
Piece of garbage
First unit I got had a bad nut, none of the bolts would screw into it. returned the same day and re-ordered same, because it looks similar to what I had in black color from another brand (that worked fine for over 7 years and then the pneumatic started acting up). Second one, bolts appeard to connect ok, but tilting back and forth even by accident, a little bit, made a very very loud clicking noise, more like a loud bassy knock, as if the bolts were slipping or slipped a thread. Or the tilt mechanism has some problem, caught on something. I misread the receipt. Furniture is 14 days return and not 90. I looked online and decided I might exchange this for a WorkPro 6000 or a WorkPro 9000, a pricey office chair should have a smooth and quiet mechanism. At the store they said they can't return it. So I could not upgrade to the $500 chair and came back with the noisy chair. I bought this because I wanted to record my guitar playing, the arms swivel up so you can play guitar unhindered. However, in the middle of recording if I shifted just a bit a loud click would destroy the recording. I do not recommend this chair. I have been working in an office environment at a few companies for the last 20 years. Never, never, never have I come across a CHAIR that I have actually hated. Some may have been taken a bit of getting used to and no unsurmountable issues, but never this annoying a chair. You never think that a chair will make such noise and cause big distraction and embarrassment in the middle of online meetings and calls. Disgusting, absolutely disappointed and also disappointed with Office Depot. Going elsewhere.
Great Chair
The chair is very comfortable. The lumbar support is great. Easy to put together. Very happy after going through a few chairs in the last year.
Good Chair - Bad Instructions
The chair is what I expected. It serves well as the computer desk chair in my home. The assembly instructions were atrocious. Pictures only, no written instructions. And even the pictures were pretty hard to interpret. They really need to improve on the assembly instructions. I feel lucky I got this chair assembled.
Excellent chair!
When we live at work all day we might as well be comfortable - right?! We have no complaints with this chair. For the price it has exceeded our expectations!
Quality control makes product unusable
Absolutely horrid quality control on this item -- screws largely don't line up with insets and arms sit at different heights. Do not purchase. For future purchases avoid the third party selling this item, Belnick LLC. Highly recommend Zoro cuts ties with Belnick to regain customer trust.
Base support not in good condition
I am very upset that the base of the chair is not in good quality. The paint is not even and it looks like there are smudges all over the base support.

What's important to look for in an ergonomic office chair?
Adjustability in height, lumbar support, armrests, and seat depth are key features to look for to ensure comfort and support.
How often should I replace my office chair?
Quality office chairs can last 7-10 years. Replace when wear affects comfort or if the chair no longer supports proper posture.
Can the material of an office chair impact comfort?
Yes, breathable materials like mesh offer comfort for long hours, while leather can provide durability and a classic look.
What are the ergonomic considerations for a home office desk and chair?
The desk height should be approximately 30 inches (76 cm), with enough space under the desk for your legs — at least 24 inches (61 cm) for a desk chair with legs. For a chair with castors, a clearance space of 28 inches (71 cm) from the desk's edge is recommended.
How much space is required for a comfortable desk chair?
A chair with legs needs around 28 inches (71 cm) from the nearest desk edge, while a swivel chair requires more space due to its mobility.
What is the ergonomic height for a desk chair?
The seat of a desk chair should be about 18 inches (46 cm) high, with adjustable armrests for lateral and height movement.
What are the key measurements for ergonomic furniture design?
Work surfaces should be about 36 inches (91 cm) high, with at least 8 inches (20 cm) of legroom under the work surface, and office chairs should provide 28 inches (71 cm) of space for legroom.
What ergonomic principles should I follow when setting up my home?
Furniture should match the user's body type, with work surfaces at a comfortable height (usually 36 inches for kitchen counters) and seating that supports a relaxed posture.
What are some effective ways to clean and maintain my furniture and rugs?
Use sticky lint rollers for picking up small debris, wet wipes for mark removal, and thin stockings over vacuum nozzles to clean hard-to-reach areas like LEGO pieces.
