Chair doesn't recline. Do not buy

Bought this chair because website states it reclines. However, after chair was assembled, I noticed that the chair doesn't recline. Called customer service but couldn't get a replacement or refund. For the price this chair should recline. False advertisement.

Already had one for home school and wanted another one. Found that Overstock had it... Wish I had bought through Overstock on the first one. Better price & quick delivery. Thinking of replacing my poker table chairs with 4 of these..

The chair was very easy to assemble and did not take a lot of time. When first using the chair, the seat cushioned seemed to firm. After a few days of using it, the cushion softened and became more comfortable.

These chairs are extremely comfortable we ordered lots of them for our office. They assemble quite easily and they have a nice contemporary look to them.

My husband absolutely loves this chair. he is 6'4" and we have gone thru cheap chairs every 6 months. When Covid sent us home to work, he bought me a HON chair and I was so happy that my back stopped hurting and was comfortable my entire 10 hour shift. He FINALLY listened to me and we bought this chair for him. He loves the mesh back so that air goes thru. We live in the desert and it can get very hot in our office. The lumbar is insanely awesome.

It’s okay, not great. My back and bottom hurt by the end of the day (8 hours sitting with breaks). To be honest, I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Back does not offer full support

I’m sorry I ordered this chair. I wish Staples would show a line drawing to show the angles of the chairs. The listing stated that the chair features lumbar support. I’m 5’6” and it should support my shoulders, but the chair Back angles away from You about 2/3 of the way up. I’m a straight sitter and like to heel supported while sitting up straight, but there is nothing that touches my back to support it. The seat so far feels fine and the arms are adjustable.

Nice chair

Bought this chair to replace our 15 year old current behemoth computer chair. This new chair is so comfortable and adjusts to give me the perfect ergonomically posture. It was reasonably priced, light weight and airy with the mesh back. This is a great buy.

Fabulous chair

Made the difference in my working at home comfort. Good support and cushioning. Well-made and great adjustment features.

All that I can say is, happy Wife, happy life.

This chair is exactly what my wife wanted. Like a lot of people, she's been working from home and that old chair just wasn't doing the job. She is very happy!!!!!

Good, not great, at a reasonable price

The Crio chair is a good reasonably priced desk chair. It provides good support and moderate adjustment options. It was easy to put together right out of the box. My one complaint is that it developed a squeak--anytime I move the chair squeaks, not the best when on conference/video conference calls. I've tried WD40 throughout the mechanism but the squeak always returns, almost immediately.

Ordered 5 of these for my small business. While we have only been using them a short time all are very satisfied. All sit for 6-7 hours a day and find the chairs comfortable. Although I saw complaints of assembly difficulty, we felt the were easy to assemble. One person put together all 5 chairs together in a little under an hour.
