Absolutely amazing, it is like sitting on a cloud. it feels so sturdy too. I love it.

THIS UNIT DOES NOT COME WITH A FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM HON. THIS UNIT COMES WITH A FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. OFFICE DEPORT WARRANTY SPEC IS INCORRECT.

Super Comfortable

So far the chair has been fabulous. Super comfortable and very comfortable. Check back in about a year, that is usually when chairs start to fail .

Cheap knockoff?

I tried this chair at a office furniture store which made me want to buy it. The chair I received from Zoro had a noticeably seat cushion with inferior quality. The padding was nowhere near as firm or thick. I used the chair for just a few hours and already have a sore butt. I'm returning it for a refund.

About a half hour to assemble. Straightforward directions. Sturdy, good quality chair!

Beware of thin/cheap cardboard packaging....

The first chair arrived with a tear in the seat from extremely cheap/poor packaging breaking down during shipment. The cardboard box material and packaging are simply not heavy enough for the weight of the chair. The second/replacement chair arrived in a box that had more damage than the first but the contents only suffered a compression mark at the rear of the seat. Not willing to role the dice a third time, so I'll live with it. The chair is great if you can get an undamaged one. There is no excuse for using cheap packaging at this price point.

Substanial chair

This chair is sturdy and substantial--feels well proportioned for a large person. The height and width adjustment of the arms is helpful. I would have liked to have adjustment for the seat depth and/or back height, but those features are only available on more expensive chairs.

The Seat Of This Chair Is HUGE!

This is a really good chair for large size people. The seat is very large and comfy. The arms adjust both height and width, a big plus! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the lumbar support on the chair does not provide the support I need. I plan to order a lumbar cushion for the chair. Other than that, it's a keeper.

Office Chair

Given as gift, will not know until Christmas! Box did not arrive in good condition just hope it is not damaged.

We ordered 6 of these chairs in the summer and were very happy with them. We just ordered another 4 for the office.

Just Big, Not Tall

I bought this chair for my office. It is sturdy and has good support for a big person, but it sits very low. I am 5'5" and this chair is too low for me. I am sending it back, even though it is going to cost our company $30.00 to do so. Do not buy this chair if you are a tall person!!!
