Defective Chair

This is a great chair. I have loved it for two months. Now it doesnt stay up, you sit down and it falls to the floor. It will randomly fall during the day too.

5’2 120lbs. This was office chair number 5! I finally found a chair that fits me. Like everything else, most office chairs are designed for an average adult. Everything is adjustable. The back, angle of the seat, height of the back, and of course the height of the seat. With the seat in the lowest position, my feet set flat on the floor. I need the seat higher however, so that my elbows are level with my keyboard, so I bought a memory foam foot rest. Problem solved. The seat is comfortable for a full 8 hours of straight sitting. I have scoliosis and a messed up tail bone, so I have a lot of demands from an office chair. This chair met all of my needs and expectations. Super easy to assemble and a good value for the money. Highly recommend.

Super comfortable!

This chair is fantastic! I saw it on a list of top 7 office chairs, and I was surprised at how affordable it was. I'm doing telehealth from home and honestly don't even know that I've been sitting all day. Easy to put together too!

My feet touch the ground!!

I know that being excited about my feet touching the ground is lost on many but since Im 4 feet 10.5 inches and work from home at a desk all day trust me it is VERY exciting and so much more comfortable than the chair I was using and spent twice as much on. The only thing I didnt consider is that the arms are fixed, but for me thats a wish and not a need. Great chair!!

Comfortable!

I am 5'3 and my husband is 5'9. He has long legs and always hated standard office chairs that made him feel like he was crouching. This chair is a perfect fit. I like the wide seat and thick cushion and he likes the additional height adjustment, wide arm rests. If you're big/tall/wide...this chair is worth the money.

Chair is quite comfortable, this is coming from a guy that is 6' 2" and 250 lbs.

I called the manufacture two weeks ago seeking a replacement tilt for my broken one. They took my information down and said they would call me back to locate the part. Instead, they told me they would send a replacement chair FREE of charge. Wow, that is amazing. And to top it off, i received my chair in about 3 days. Excellent customer service !

NOT MADE FOR SITTING

Never purchased an office chair that I literally could not sit in until this one. It cuts off the circulation to my legs. The chair is designed such that you are tilted back and your legs hand uncomfortably over the edge until circulation becomes so bad I have to get up and walk around until the blood gets back into my legs. The arms are unpadded, which should be fine, but in this case only add to the overall un-sit-ability of this chair. The retail price for this chair is laughably ludicrous, and the "sale" price is still way too much to pay for such a poorly designed and constructed torture device.

Not the Comfy Chair?! Yes, the Comfy Chair.

I'm a stout, thick dude - not really big nor tall but I like something that's going to last and this will be that chair that does. Upon opening, I thought I had mistakenly purchased an old soviet tank. This thing is solid. The casters are your usual fare, but the base of the chair is made from incredibly thick gauge steel painted a matte black. The seat is wwwiiidddeee and the cushion is dense, supportive and comfortable. The arm width is adjustable during assembly so you can custom set it for your comfort and body type and the arms' height can be adjusted on-the-fly. The back is nice and wide as well, with an adjustable lower-lumbar support. I do wish it was a bit higher or adjustable (even at my stubby height the back stops just above my shoulder blades), but I knew this was not a high back chair. The center piston (the real crux of the chair) is fantastic. It comes fully depressed (shortest height) so once assembled, make sure you use the height adjustment handle to extent it to its maximum height (my feet no longer were touching the ground) then adjust for personal preference. I really feel as if this chair will last until my death. I have no fear that the piston will over time loose its "umph" and slowly leak its compression and I end up with my knees around my ears. If you want a long lasting, well built and yet somehow still comfortable chair, this is definitely the way to go.
