Astounding Performance!

As a retired professional chef I am simply shocked at the value for the money in this set of cookware. It is one of the better sets I’ve owned at this price point. Comes to temp super fast, easy to use, relatively little or no oil needed, cooks evenly, and is simply fantastic for glass top ranges. A must buy for the “cook” in your family!

Black Circulon 11 pc. Stock pot lid doesn’t fit.

Most of the product is good. I chose the black. Although the lid that is to fit on the stock pot, doesn’t fit well. This is my second order and the first one didn’t fit at all. ( I returned first order) Disappointed in that but decided to keep and use an old pot lid that works.

Generally well-made and functional. My only grouse is that in the 20+ years since I purchased my previous set, they have changed the physical dimensions of the pots although not the capacities. The new 8 quart pot will not allow spaghetti to lay flat in the water when initially placed in the pot. These changes also make it difficult to store the set in the old one's location. Still a good buy!

Unbelievably Durable

Bought this set years ago for my son while he was away at a 2-year MBA program, and he is STILL using them daily! When the nonstick surfaces of my pots began to degrade, I knew it was time to replace all my pots/pans with Circulon Symmetry. This is actually a starter set, but I was able to buy various sized pots separately at Kohls, along with the matching bakeware set. While a bit pricey, was able to redeem a 40% mystery coupon so it wouldn't break the bank. Only issue is that the instructions indicate they *may* scratch glasstop cooking surfaces. Found the Circulon tools as well, so now we're completely ready to get cookin'!

The pans are all used on a convection cooktop set at 320 degrees and a maximum of never over 380 degrees!

Complete waste of Money for real cooking

Fantastic quality at a good price

I have only had this set for two weeks, but it is SO much better than the inexpensive set I had bought a year ago, after we had bought an induction stove and needed all new cookware. Half the time, the stove couldn't "sense" the presence of the inexpensive ones. Plus they only had a small induction-compatible insert, so the middles burned and the edges didn't cook. The Circulon set is beautiful, sturdy, heavy (but not as heavy as cast-iron so they are still easy to handle), non-stick, and easy clean-up. The entire base of each unit is induction-compatible, so they are far more efficient than the others were. I chose the "chocolate" finish because it coordinates with my kitchen counter. The stock picture does a good job of showing them. The various pieces fit my cooking style. Before I bought these, I did lots of research and comparison of advertised features, user reviews, and prices -- plus found a couple of discounts to apply. These are a fantastic quality at a good price.
