We use this rack with our Big Green Egg smoker and it works great for roasts and as a standing rack for ribs.
Rib Rack
This is a great accessory to my Acorn Grill.... cannot wait to try a chicken on it next!!!
The rack was great I was able to place six baby back rib on the rack at 350 degrees and once they begain to brown I turn the temperature down to 250 dregree.
This rib rack works wonderfully. I wrapped the baby backs in foil and placed them and the rack over a low indirect heat. Not only did the ribs brown up nicely they were falling off the bone delicious.
The rib rack is sturdy and easy to use with the handles on the sides. Also basting is much handier because if the generous sizing of the slats.
