Few dings but I still love it

It was very easy to assemble it took me 55 minutes to do it it’s so pretty in my lave cave and all my friends said they’re going to purchase it as well, it did have a few dings in the boards but other than that I love it 🥰

Iteam was delivered cracked in several places

There was a crack in the top of it

This fire place looks nice but…… no remote, no temperature for heat, so it stays just on. You can have flame with out heat. Heat isn’t very much. So now I get to buy another one.

Multiple parts were broken.

Love this tv stand sooo much glad I got it !!

My fire place went out I haven't even had it a year haven't used it a lot so not sure why it's not working..I bought insurance but it's not clear on how to do it ..

Disappointed on multiple levels

The look on the website made it seem as though it was just what was needed. It arrived quickly. Then the problem started. Every piece was chipped or dinged up. Then there was NO hardware in the box. Customer Service was very great and mailed the hardware right away. A week later when we finally got the hardware and tried to assemble it was noticed that the holes did not line up properly. TV stand was finally assembled and will be usable. The old saying - you get what you paid for definitely resembles this piece.

I love the stands design and its pretty easy to build. However, when i got it, it was pretty damaged on all the corners. probably due to how heavy it was and the delivery people probably damaged it.

Beautiful

It was difficult to put together alone but once together it is beautiful! I have so many compliments the fireplace visual is very relaxing to watch.

crap never buy from them again

it was a piece of crap. it looked like it was used all the covering was ripped off one side and screw holes were ripped open. i only got to the first piece of wood.
