Time setting don't work

I am searching for a new outdoor outlet timer to use for my Christmas lights because this one is not working properly. Only the on and off settings are working. The options for 2-8 hours and the dusk till down settings are doing nothing. We have been having to go back outside to manually turn the lights off. So disappointing.

We have used this to light our Christmas lights for two years now. It works really well and is very intuitive to set up. It automaticly detects when the sun goes down, then you can set the number of hours you want your lights to stay on for.

I could not tell from the description if this timer would work to turn on and off several times per day. It does not allow for more than one time so it is not very versatile. I will have to buy a more advanced one.

This timer may not be pretty but is functional. It comes with a 6 foot cord (not 6 inch as in the description) and it works very well for simple applications requiring basic programming.

OUTDOOR TIMER

The front of my house is dark at night and have trouble finding the opening the door with my key. So I got this timer to turn the light on in the evening to illuminate the front door. It worked great for this purpose.

BLK OUTDOOR TIMER

It is labelled as outdoor in the package but I am not sure how well it will hold up if left outdoors in the elements. The rotary dial seems to have small gap where water can come in. It is probably good enough for occasional use.

I used this for my Christmas tree this last season. It made it easy to keep the tree lit when I got home from work and not waste energy or have the risk of a fire when being away. Simple to configure with the instructions.
