Cheap ovetightened screws
I recently bought one of these. Removed the packaging and got ready to install. The access screws were in so tight that I stripped the phillips head out of the first one. The second screw didn't go much better but I managed to get it out but I really had to lean on it. Way too much trouble. Piece of junk.

Amazing Ambient Light
The WAC BX Connector enabled connection of the track lighting system to a flexible conduit leading from the power source. The construction and materials of the BX Connector is not as robust as the other elements in the system (such as the tracks and flexible track connectors), and was somewhat difficult to manipulate.
