So far, it has been ok. I don't have any frame of reference for durability. I can say it is a bit thinner than I was expecting. I did not look up the thickness prior to purchase. In my opinion, it seems thin. However, it was less expensive than others I looked up. It does provide shade on the hottest days, which is its purpose. At this point, if it lasts for two years it will be worth it to me. The last one stayed around for about 3, but it wasn't the same brand.

The quality of construction is fine. The shade howeve isn’t nearly as opaque as I expected. I’d rate it at about 30 - 40% (not close to 80%).

I bought this shade tarp to provide sun protection for my horse. It arrived in a few weeks and I am satisfied with the quality of material and craftsmanship. It was easy to put up on my own and I made a frame out of wood post and 2x4's. My horse wasn't too sure about it in the beginning but starting to use it more and more each day. I live in SC where the sun and heat are intense and I needed something that provided shade along with open air flow.

I returned this item as I thought I was getting the whole thing. However, it only came with the cloth. Polls not included which I missed in the ad. I couldn't find how to order the polls so it was of no use to me.

It cools!

Put this item to immediate use over some cucumbers we had freshly planted and you could feel the difference it made it reducing heat from the sun. I ordered a touch small but we are keeping this one and ordering a bigger one.

Good lightweight shade cloth

Good lightweight shade cloth. Good gromets spaced perfectly. An occasional loose string here & there as if the ends were not reinforced extra strong- but still ok. We use ours on wires- making a manually retractable shade structure, We pull it back in high winds or hard rain. Shades us & our windows very nicely.
